Our job was a bit tricky in terms of access, but they had the equipment and people to mobilise right away, while others were still working out if they could even do the job or straight up said too hard. Jason was great in explaining what was going on technically but in lay terms; and the office team, especially Jamie, coordinated seamlessly with the guys in the field.
