Overall product is fantastic! Customer service was terrible. I went in yesterday with my sister and was served by an older blonde lady and I have never received such awful service. We didn’t even get one smile the whole interaction & every time we asked to try a flavour she rolled her eyes and just said ‘ yep’. At one point she rolled up her sleeve looked at her watch and looked annoyed. Sorry did you have to be some where and we were taking up your time? (we were the only customers there!) We walked out spending $300 on vodka but your service was below 0!

A breath of fresh air in a old stale wine country. They still have free taste testing which is now obsolete here. They have a large range of Gin, Vodka and Liqueurs. The staff we very friendly and extremely helpful the second we walked in. Answered all our questions and we got to try everything we wanted. You can buy products in packs or individually. The packs help you save money too. See my pictures for details. Thank you ladies.

Very original take on some well known flavours of Gin, Vodka and Liquors. Great customer service and also a good location in the Hunter Valley Gardens.

Went here today with a small group. We were rushed through, the young man who did the tasting with us didn't do anything other than tell us the flavours (which we could have read on the label) and then we were rushed out.
In comparison we then went next door to the wine part, were greeted warmly, chatted with the lovely lady and had a relaxed tasting. As a result the whole group made purchases.
Disappointing and will stick to the other distillers nearby.

Lovely vodkas, gins, and liqueur. Do you want to try some different in Hunter Valley than wines. These are the most exquisite drinks, Organics, Colourful and Delicious!

Great little place. Virtually a must do, If for no other reason than the products are infused with Glitter.
