Absolutely amazing! Staff had great insights for me to pick the perfect mattress and were the only store in town able to deliver in the tight turnaround I needed. Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced, can’t recommend them enough!

Tash provided fantastic service and was very friendly and easy to talk to about my mattress and pillows. I can’t wait for my delivery.

Had a great experience with Tasha today. She was knowledgeable and super helpful, but most importantly (from a customer perspective) wasn't pushy at all and very much invested in our best interests as opposed to the 'hard sell'. We walked away with great products tailored to us and some assured value for our future purchases. Do Recommend!

I would like to share how wonderful all the staff were during my entire experience at Sleepys from the first point of call to the delivery. I am health compromised at present and did not want to go into a store lying on beds in the day time in front of everyone. I needed an electric bed. My sister made contact with TASH from the store and she offered for us to come late on the Thursday close to closing time and she would stay back for us so I could have some privacy trying to get on and off the beds to find the right one. Tash's customer service was just amazing and nothing was a bother. She certainly puts her customers needs first. She has a super personality knows her products. I found the right bed for me after trying many. This bed was also on a fantastic sale! We then organized delivery which she was going to send her husband just so he could make sure the height was okay for me to get on and off as there was a choice of 3 heights. Even the phone manner from Tash and Luka when they spoke with me prior to delivery was so bubbly and friendly. On delivery Shane (Tash husband) and Luka from the store arrived with the bed. They put the bed together and then got me test it to ensure it was perfect for me. They were so lovely and friendly and not once was I made feel embarrassed trying to get on and off. They showed empathy and compassion. They took all the rubbish away with them. The bed ended up being perfect for me as I had not been able to sleep in a bed for not more then a couple hours a night for approximately 3 years and been sleeping mostly in a recliner which has now caused damage to my back. This new electric bed is going to be life changing for me. I have had it 3 days now and i am so comfortable and can stay in bed all night. I can sleep in any position now without being in pain.

Staff were extremely friendly, helpfully and knowledgeable. We were provided guidance and advice in selecting the correct bed for my mum (83yr old) that can be use with a different base should her needs change. 100% recommend these guys

We bought our new bed from Sleepy's yesterday and it was such a good experience, Tasha has the most wonderful customer service we have ever received, she made sure we got the bed that was perfect for us and we could not be more happy, and they take your old matress away for free. I will be recommending sleepy's Kotara to all my friends and family.

I went to every shop I could think of in search of my next mattress, as I only buy one every 5-7 years.
Nothing came close to what I found at Sleepy's Kotara!

Service (By Alexis B) 1100% on the mark, Alexis made the impossible super easy, Alexis was knowledgeable and ran me through the whole process, asking the right questions at the right time, eliminating and pinpointing exactly what i needed.

Alexis didn't even attempt to sell me the "Top Of The Range Bespoke Poppy" as her aim was to get me in the right bed at the right price.however I got it anyway as the product is flawless.

Alexis put together a package for me i couldn't resist, even went as far as to save me thousands on a second mattress for my father.

I walked out of Sleepy's Kotara with an order for a:
1 X Bespoke Poppy Luxury Queen Mattress
1X 4 Drawer base.
2 X Bed protectors.
1X memory foam overlay.

I took delivery of my new mattress and base 4 days ago and it is the best mattress I have ever purchased and possibly the most cost effective as it outperforms all of its competitors even in triple of its cost tier.

If you need anything beds, do not go anywhere but Sleepy's Kotara.

What a wonderful experience. Tasha was so supportive of my needs and wants. She did not put any pressure on me and helped me work through all the options. I felt very comfortable with my investment - yes a mattress is an investment.

Kotara Sleepys has incredible customer service, no doubt. Unfortunately they do not inform the customers that any and all laybuys come with substantial fees. I wouldn't say avoid them, but if you walk in like us thinking the lady behind the counter will have your better interests in mind and inform you of the terms, you will be left shocked, displeased and substantially out of pocket. Look online for your matress. I wish someone could of told me that beforehand.

We visited Sleepy's on the weekend on the hunt for a new mattress. Tasha listened to our needs and provided many recommendations based on that. After spending quite some time trying out the various mattresses in store, we felt confident with our final decision. Tasha helped us with delivery outside of Newcastle. Have had queen mattress repaired, stitching had come open. Took a while to get action due to my photos of the damage, which were very difficult to do as I a 78 and mattress is very heavy, not being accepted by head office, until Tash at the Kotara store, sent a man from the store to do the photos for me. Such a relief. She was so helpful from then on, so friendly and we had the repair done. Tash could not have done more to help get things done.
