Good quality bed with great service with a fast and quick delivery. The guys who delivered and put the bed together were very courteous, great workers and took all the packaging with them.

We received delivery of our bed last Friday. I must say everything from the sales staff to delivery staff acted in a very courteous and efficient manner. I received SMS messages on delivery times. This company still has customer service an option so many other companies even large hamburger chains no longer have. Thanks for your service.

We had delivery of our mattress today, that we had ordered at the Caravan Camping Show. The salesman was very polite and thoroughly explained all the benefits of choosing this mattress. Delivery was as per the scheduled time frame, and the installers were very courteous. We are extremely happy with our purchase and look forward to many years of restful sleep.

Professional service from Sales, to set up delivery time and delivery driver and installer. We have had an awesome sleep and wish we did this earlier and don’t know how we going know when we are away on holidays.

We love our sleeptime bed, purchased the dual king with sheet sets. The salesman Michael was so helpful and friendly, we have recommended him to a few of our friends who are also in need of better sleep and a new bed! Can’t recommend this bed highly enough, best decision we made. So comfortable and therapeutic. Sleeping way better and less snoring. Really helps with joint pain or just to relax after a hard day. The adjustable options are the best and we both love the massage modes and the subtle light with auto off is great. The sheet sets are luxurious to sleep on and wash really well. Super happy highly recommend this adjustable bed. I’ve included a photo of the bed with our built in bed head and shelf, it looks beautiful and so easy to make. Thank you

Had an issue with our mattress. We contacted Sleeptime and they bent over backwards to help us. We spoke to Allison on the phone and she contacted Scott, who on Saturday came down to open the shop. He then took out the mattress and replaced it no questions asked. We then continued on our way. Great service. Would recommend this business. Thank you Allison and Scott.

EXCEPTIONAL! Some companies do good products and good services. But Sleeptime does great products and exceptional customer service. I had to replace my dual king mattress with a king mattress. Scott and the team were very empathetic to my situation and were able to help me out in less than a week. Great job guys!

My new Sleeptime pillow is the best pillow I have ever had! It is super comfy and supportive and I had the best night sleep for as long as I can remember. I wasn’t tossing and turning and didn’t have any disturbed sleep. Highly recommend!

Met the guys at the Wagga Homeshow Expo. We have a caravan and have been looking for 12 months for the right bed topper. Well we found it. Tried the opposition, but Mel was extremely helpful and knew her stuff so decided to buy one.

2 days later! Best decision we made, sleeping is completely rejuvenated and peaceful. I suffer severe sleep Apnea and have titanium hips. This simple, super comfortable Sleeptime product has just imptoved my sleep experience.
