Exceptional service! Sunny is incredibly pleasant and exceptionally patient, taking the time to thoroughly explain the pillows and precisely what I required.

Service lady was great but delivery system was terrible.
Ordered king size mattress. They sent 1 delivery guy. Which means they try to save labor cost and ask my male family member to help them. Rediculous.

We have recently bought this DPM point-to-point mattress for our daughter from Sleepmart, Chatswood. We like the design behind this mattress. It allows us to customise the parts for the support and pressure distribution of the body during sleep. The quality of this mattress is fantastic contributed by the high standard latex cover which provides high level of comfort. The customer service of Sleepmart is the best and the most professional we have ever experienced. Definitely recommend everyone to visit this shop at Chatswood.

Long time store, we've had many beds and mattresses from them over the years. Very helpful owner, lots of mattresses of different firmness to suit each person. Lots of ergonomic things for seating, cushions, pillows, and back support.
