I have had a good experience in buying a bed base from this branch. Amanda and Farah are very professional and went above and beyond to help me in finding the right base for me. Highly recommend this branch for all your bedding needs.
Giving 3 stars only due to some bad experience on how the warranty has been handled by the head office on our mattress previously purchased from another branch and lack of information provided on mattress care at that time. My ticket has been opened and very poor and delayed communication by the warranty claim staff.

I bought two queen bed sets with mattresses from Sleeping Giant Marsden Park. Services rendered by team member Farah were above my expectations. She was very nice and took lot of efforts and time to show us, all the bed sets available and discussed the availability and the features of different mattresses. Her knowledge was good and she was seasoned Sales person. I highly recommend her excellent service. Her follow up was very prompt and timely. Really appreciate. The showroom staff were attentive when visiting the showroom. Though we had a bit of a hiccup with original delivery and products not being delivered on time, Farah the representative there, did her best to find me a solution and got the alternate products delivered quickly. I thank you for all the help and appreciate all of Farah’s efforts.

Amanda was lovely at the time of purchase, Jamie was prompt with email responses + organising delivery and on the delivery day the bed got delivered and assembled within the time frame promised. Well done to all! This experience makes me feel more comfortable about Sleeping Giant and James Lane brands. Will buy again for sure.

Perfect place to buy mattresses at a reasonable rate. Store offers wide range of product. Very good customer service

While the store attendant was very kind they underquoted the delivery time and did not know the product well. After quoting delivery within 2 weeks the bed took 7 weeks to arrive. There were no legs, hardware or instructions. The store told us to look inside the bed base multiple times even though there was no zipper etc to access inside the base. Customer service were helpful but it still took another 2 weeks for a lovely guy to come out and help. The legs, hardware and instructions were inside the headboard all along. It would have been helpful if the staff knew this so we could assemble the bed ourselves. Also, assembly required us to drill into the bed base rather than just screw the legs into pre drilled holes. This information would have been helpful when purchasing the product. I would hesitate purchasing again from sleeping giant.

It was absolute pleasure to deal with Amanda, Offered lot better price than competitors with excellent costumer service, it was above and beyond. Definitely recommend my family and friends Regards any furniture, bed frames, or solid timber product purchase. It was 7 Star.

Spent $1300 on a bed frame had some drinks with my girlfriend on a Friday night went to jump into bed and sat on the edge and SNAP. The mattress is good
