I needed a mattress within a week and am completely satisfied with the service I received over the phone by Nicole. She was able to find a mattress on hold, organise payment and schedule the delivery by the end of the week. I also received a mattress protector and delivery for less the the price of the mattress alone, as advertised online. Thanks Nicole!
This is my second time dealing with Sleeping Giant in the last few years and I have received friendly and helpful service both times.

Went to purchase a bed frame and mattress that I’d seen online today, but when we went to see it, the saleswoman was very unhelpful and condescending. I understand she may come across people that enquire constantly but don’t purchase in the end, but from the start she already gave us an air that we were wasting her time, even showing irritation when we inspected the frame.
Anyway she just lost a big purchase (we bought a bed set from another competitor who’s salesperson was well trained, professional and respectful).

We made about 10k worth of purchase, got to appreciate Sharifa’s patience with us whilst we choose the beds and mattresses, she helped us choose the perfect fit! Can’t wait the delivery

Mattresses good but the services its bad I paid full delivery fee but the lady in the front desk stuffed up my order payment and delivery as well she forgot to put my mattress on the order list ending up deliver in 4 days delay fgs its bad and sad because she didn't even apologise of what she did wrong but raise her tone to me all I can say NEVER PROMISE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS ABOUT ANYTHING

I bought a matress that was too big to take upstairs at my new house. Their exchange procedure was quite simple. One phone call and I was ready to head into the store to get a new one. When I went back to the store the staff were very useful in assisting me. They then sent 3 different guys to bring my new matress up however they offered to try and bring the initial one I bought upstairs and worker their magic to get it up there. Really happy with how they did everything

Goods were delivered in 2 days (they had it in stock) which was great. Unfortunately it was damaged on delivery so they are going to re-deliver a replacement in 3 days, so I'm hoping it will be fine without damage a second time. Pay for assembly service for large items, as it's not a DIY job in my case with heavy furniture.
