Bought a king size bed with a mattress. The mattress is super comfortable. I just can't get out of the bed

I have a matress that was purchaed 8 years ago with a 10 year warranty and the sides have collapsed to the point where it is crippiling to sleep on and the floor is a better option. I went in store to ask for advise and was told it is definitely faulty. To then make a claim and be informed that it is reasonable wear and tear.the purpose of a matress is to sleep on and when you cant sleep on it it must be faulty. But the Sleeping Giant wont honour their warranty even when a staff member said it was faulty.

The Sleeping Giant were good at the shop and very accommodating, bed was very good quality at a reasonable price. Unfortunately the delivery people they chose were the worst I have ever experienced - rude and damaged my property without apology.

The staff at Sleeping Giant, particularly Halina and Alex were very professional and helpful in the recent purchase of a Kimberly King Single bed.

It’s a trap! Bought a bed here. Delivered without drawers as display. Got told it's optional for almost $300. But on the day of purchase no one told us or see any visable signs in place. Good old school scam in modern days. Well done!

We were looking for a new mattress and were very impressed with the effort the staff made to really find the right product for us. Found the one but decided we should look around some more. End result, we bought the original mattress. The product was excellent. The price was great and the service fantastic. Thank you.

The product quality is not very good and the staff is not very helpful. Have bought few things which did not work out well. They gave me a wrong mattress with the bed. It was very high on the bed. The sofa did not lasted long and springs came out of seats. When contacted, they said they can't help.

I went to the Hornsby sleeping giant store. Bought a single mattress and a tallboy. The sales lady is very knowledgeable and so professional.
Am over the moon as my mattress is so comfortable, I don't want to get out of bed. The Kimberley white pine tallboy is wonderful too. Would definately recommend this place. 5 stars plus.

I bought a 3 seater chaise, a queen bed and a mattress from this store. We are very happy with the items we received and the delivery guys were nice too. We didn’t know that the bed requires assembly as we are new here, but they offered to come to our house and helped us with the assembly. I would like to thank Alex and others for their great work. We will definitely consider this place for our future purchases.

DO NOT PURCHASE THERE PRODUCTS! I purchased a Coventry Bed Frame from the company just over 6 months ago. Just recently whilst I was making my bed I realised there was mould on the end slat that led me to look under the bed at which I was disgusted to find not just mould on that slays but spores hanging from the slats. The untreated pine either had a preexisting mould issue or is not durable enough to suit everyday purposes. As a side note the carpet underneath was not damp and we have no issues with mould or mildew in our place including on other pieces of furniture, floors or walls. I went and put a warranty claim through at which I was disgusted with the way it was handled the supervisor I spoke to repeated that it was a result of the environment even though I gave multiple reason why it couldn’t be a result of our living environment and was not willing to accept this the only thing they could offer was 20% off my next bed purchase from them (I will never buy another product from this company). It was a serious health risk and they refuse to take ownership for there faulty product if you are thinking of purchasing something from this business be wary there products are not fit for usage and they do not rectify problems which they are responsible for!

The place is having great variety of bed frames of which some are really unbelievable low prices. Mattress range is also good ranging from soft to firm. If you go with specifications in your mind you will surely find something fitting there though the mattress are slightly expensive.

We had a great experience at sleeping giant. The staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating. We organised delivery at the store but after arriving home we realised we had a scheduling conflict. We rang to change days and it was not a problem at all. Order delivered without a hitch a within the short with down of time they had specified. I will definitely buy from them again.
