Truly the most comprehensive and in-depth training experience I have ever had (which is saying something after over 15 years of training in some form or another). Not only am I training smarter than ever, I am also getting to learn why.

My son and his friend joined carl in the off season for soccer and carl has improved their speed and strength dramatically the boys love there sessions with him, he very professionally and makes it fun for them.
