Michael was great to communicate with and did a great job with replacing a 30+ yr old sun tunnel. I'd say we've got nearly twice the amount of light generated now as a result of the new product. Great service and would definitely use again.

We love our new Solatube. We have wanted to install one for a long time but various consultants weren’t able to advise us properly so we never had any confidence with proceeding to install one. Luckily for us we came across Michael and when he visited our home he expertly recommended alternative solutions which we were happy to proceed with. Now that our Solatube has been installed we couldn’t be happier. In time we are looking to install more Solatubes and we will definitely engage Michael again.

The skylight in my kitchen was leaking. Michael came to give me a quote the same day I left an enquiry. His quote was very reasonable and we agreed he'd go ahead with the work when it stopped raining - which it hadn't done all week.

Sunday morning happened to be fine, and Michael came and did the repair then. He also replaced the flashing and the diffuser, and explained to me exactly what he'd done. A totally positive experience. I'd recommend him highly.

I recently arranged a quote to replace an existing skylight. The quote was competitive and I paid the 50% deposit. Prior to installation I discovered the flashing around the skylight was the problem and did some DIY repairs. I ultimately elected to not replace the skylight and cancelled the job. Having already ordered the replacement skylight Michael was well within his rights to retain the deposit but didn't skip a beat and refunded the money same day. This sort of approach speaks volumes about the way the business is run. Customer focused with a view to long term growth. Happy to recommend and would be the first company I contacted in the future.
