One of the employees was driving the company ute through Kmart parking lot like a maniac. Completely disregard people cutting them off. Came here to see the reviews and was not surprised. Like they say, your attitude reflects how you conduct your business

The most unprofessional team in building industry.
It’s been 3 weeks and I can’t get a proper quote from them.

We had skylights installed last week and I couldn't speak highly enough of the service and product. We are delighted with the additional light it has added to our living areas. Both the Sales Rep, Bill and the Installer, Shannon were both professional and very helpful.

Do not deal with this company.

In the last 40 years of dealing with similar companies I have never dealt with a more inept, disorganised and disinterested business. I’ve had to now pull out two skylights that were barely five years old. My issues with them lasted over 18 months and at no time did they show interest in either me as their customer or their product. Each time I approach them for support I was told it was someone else’s problem. You would think a company would want to stand by their product but no, all this place is interested in is the sale. Disgusted.

I bought skylight plastic cover. Very low quality for fixing on roof for long lasting. Very poor quality product and flexible and edge broken while fixing. Carpenter said, cant accept same product for installation.

Oh don’t bother, what a waste of time the guy who eventually showed up was rude, arrogant and totally unprofessional and was giving us so much BS about our roof it was comical, and he wasn’t even a qualified roof plumber but “has lots of experience” they even criticised the skylight which was previously installed by Skydome what a joke, I wouldn’t recommend, go elsewhere
So regarding your response ask the rep who came out last Friday and criticised our roof then told my husband he wasn’t even a qualified roof plumber

I have emailed and phoned this company on three occasions, they are obviously not interested in providing any service what so ever. I have been told on each call that someone from sales will get back to me. Gone elsewhere.

Wow, the most useless customer service, inexperienced staff and childish and immature boss I’ve ever dealt with. Always problems, wrong stock, deliveries short of goods, no way will I be using Skydome or Regent again!

Pretty pathetic and unprofessional service. I requested for a quotation for Skyroof. I chased them 3 to 4 times and no one bother to return or give me the quotation. Why run a company when not keen is selling products. Nothing much to say about them.

Picked up new replacement dome for damaged skylight, damaged in the last hail storm the original was 25 yrs old so I think the products speak for themselves. Service excellent friendly and explained how to replace not pushing installation would recommend the products as I have 2skydomes & 1 skylight

I have been trying to get someone from this company to come and change my roof electric whirliebird or heat extractor for six months - impossible. One would have thought they would be happy to come and do a job which is theirs for the taking. Pretty poor service.

The sales manager Michael is very kind and patient, gave me loads of professional advices. Highly recommend!
