Dr Emma Starritt was an amazing doctor who displayed a lot of empathy and patience throughout the months that I was regularly seeing her. She helped me treat and manage a condition that I found to be quite distressing, and I've done so without complications ever since. My skin is now clear 99% of the time. I never got to thank you properly, Dr Starritt. Thank you so much for all of your help.

As a patient of Dr Emma Skerritt who is very pleasant & professional but with a chronic skin condition that needs follow up to have to have yearly referrals & then charged as a initial consult consider it as price gouging.

I had a great experience at the clinic. The reception staff was friendly and courteous. The nurse who greeted me was nice and welcoming. My appointment was on time and the clinic was immaculate. Robert Macdonald is a high calibre specialist. He was superb and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Macdonald.

I have been a patient of Dr. McDonald since last year. He is truly a professional, caring board certified dermatologist. All of the doctors at his practice are board certified. This means they undergo intense further exams and training in addition to becoming consultants. The nurses and reception staff are professional, efficient and hand picked for their level of service and care. I have unfortunately been a victim of previous inexperienced, non board certified people who are practicing outside their scope of practice. I have endured cost, pain and damage. I’m so grateful to Dr. McDonald for working so hard to reverse the damage, with the utmost compassion, conservative approach (ie he is a healer not a money hungry person) and very humble. He is the cream of the cream in his profession. Today I underwent surgery, which was a very good experience due to the diligence, expertise and incredible team of Sky Blue Dermatology. Thank you Dr. McDonald, Nurse Kirsty and Margaret and all reception staff for keeping me calm, safe and ensuring a fantastic outcome. I am really grateful to have you as my medical team.

Dr McDonald is an extremely negligent dr. So arrogant and cannot listen! He is an absolute disgrace. He does not know the first thing about skin! All he cares about is the cosmetic stuff now it seems. Don’t come here if you have a cyst because he is just not interested as obviously can’t do any surgery.

The reception is EXTREMELY RUDE, hang up the phone before I finished my sentence, will change another dermatology and NEVER come back again!

The worst clinic ever! Awful and unprofessional reception. The doctor is too busy, which makes them inpatient and not helpful.

I am a patient of Emma Staritts. She is fantastic. Empathetic, warm, understanding, everything you want in a doctor and is an inspiration to the medical field and junior doctors.

I feel as though the reception staff are incompetent to say the least, but also rude. I think it is a true shame to what could be, such a great business. They are rude, dismissive, incompetent and have no idea what’s going on every time I have called. I thought maybe I was calling and inconvenient times however I emailed about 1 month ago, and still no reply.

Completely shocked by the lack of customer service here. I did not feel welcome, they rudely discussed inappropriate conversations whilst I was settling the account and when asking a question about the next steps I was given attitude as if it was my problem I didn't know.
Please invest on more compassionate and generally nicer people for your reception. Beautiful practice with wonderful specialists and clinical staff but a huge let down at the front of house.

Dr Emma is amazing - she gave the right advice & didn't just slice me up & leave a big scar like a bulk billing doctor I saw at another clinic!

Dr Robert McDonald is absolutely amazing. He has helped me so many times. I recommend him to everyone, he's experienced and knowledgeable about dermatology and a great listener. Couldn't ask for more!

Receptionists are disgustingly rude and are unable to handle serious situations in a considerate manner or even at basic socially acceptable standard. DO NOT come to this dermatologist, do your research and find another one.

Dealt with couple of receptionists over the phone to book the appointment and they both are so polite and helpful.
Hassle free booking. Upon arrival to the appointment greeted by another lovely receptionist.
Had the appointment with Dr Emma. She is very pleasant and handled my issue in a very professional manner.

Called in to make an appointment following a Dr referral. The receptionist answered rudely to begin with & then suddenly puts me on hold mid conversation after she asked for my DOB & then hung up. Poorest customer care I’ve ever experienced. Please consider investing more time into training your staff.

Very bad customer service, needed urgent assistance to get an appointment and was turned down by a very rude and unfriendly staff member.
I am very disappointed and will definitely NOT touch base with those guys ever again.
"you gotta come back next year we got no appointments" (it was 06/11/2017 when i rang) is probably not the right answer for an urgent request. I can't say anything about the doctors but their staff was so rude and NOT customer friendly

Phoned today to ask some generic questions about Dr Robert McDonald and see if he's the right doctor for my skin problem. Ended up speaking with some lady who could only say Go to your GP first. I mean, I understand I need to get a referral first, but more customer-friendly attitude would be appreciated.
