We have used Freddy's Skip Bin Hire on 3 occasions. Extremely helpful, flexible, responsive and economical. All Drivers (delivery and collection) have been friendly and personable. Good customer service is a rarity and for this reason, we will continue to use Freddy's Skip Bin.

I asked to have the door to dumpster facing the side gate for ease of loading, sadly that did not happen. Made loading harder.

Called and got a skip bin delivered on the same day. Used the fill while they wait service and had the rubbish removed within an hour. They were reasonably priced, efficient and solved our problem. Thank you.

Very happy with freddys service. Booking on the phone was quick and the team was friendly and answered all my questions. Communication was good and they sent me sms updates for delivery. The service and solutions to my problems were excellent from the receptionist/ person taking the booking to the people who bring the skip. The first time I used Freddys there were two very helpful men and the second time they helped me with a wait and collect and the man even helped us load. Both times were emotional and stressful as they were for deceased estates but Freddys made everything as easy as possible. They are a wonderful company.

Receptionist when booking was pleasant and efficient. Contact was made to advise bin was on it's way. The driver took safe precautions to avoid damaging garden beds and awning on side of house. Collection was seamless. I would highly recommend Freddy's. Thank you to all staff involved.

Service was amazing from the minute my call was answered. Customer service was great, I had all my questions answered when ordering the Skip. The deliver and pick up was seamless. The drivers both times were very communicative and let me know when they were close. We were finished with the skip earlier than expected and had it picked up on the Saturday within 2 hours of letting them know it was ready. I appreciated the QR code for pick up.

Good communications.good price. We ordered a 4 cubic bin, dropped as scheduled. When it was full, pickup was very quick as well.will order again if needed.

I found Freddy's Skip service very efficient, their staff were very professional, friendly and helpful, in particular the drivers (Qudrat and Subat) who dropped and picked up the skip were extremely helpful and obliging.

This company was a life saver for me! They delivered a 12sq mtr bin within hours of me booking at the last minute. They we’re careful when placing it on our property & took away poisons/gas bottles/ paints etc that made my cleaning up an estate so much more manageable. Efficient pick up. & all for a good price. I would DEFINITELY use them again
