Waiting close to an hour after my scheduled time with Dr Ku. They ran out of chairs. I was standing in the end having given up my spot for an older gentleman. My appointment was at 1015 so pretty early too! If I did get in no doubt I would have been rushed through - I left.

The receptionist did not place my booking in the system when I called on the phone and when i arrived for my appointment I was told in a rude manner that the doctor will not see you today. No apology or empathy was shown. I explained I had a red mark on my face that I was concerned about and was just given a look and told again the doctor will not see you today. I have been going to the same surgery for years but no longer just very disappointed at the way I was spoken to.

Very professional place. Highly knowledgeable and informative doctors. Would recommend for any one seeking a specific treatment, or simply a routine skin checkup.

I attend Norwest Clinic.far more professional.just went to this one for sunspot cream. I'm an RN.was spoken to like I was an idiot in a highly unprofessional and condescending tone.didnt want a consultation.made to have one against my will.wanted to burn off my sunspots.which is what the cream is for. Dr highly unprofessional telling me my specialist at Norwest didnt know what they were talking about.a big no no in the medical field to talk about colleagues like that.if he didnt want to sell me the cream.a simple explanation was all that was required.made a sarcastic comment on my way out that I could buy this cream online.which I plan to do following my specialists instructions. I only gave ilthis review one star for the receptionists who were obliging and apologetic.also Dr made unprofessional comments regarding my skin cancer history which he has absolutely no knowledge of. I.recommend Norwest Skin Cancer Clinic!

Didn't have to wait long for an appointment. No waiting time in surgery. Doctor extremely thorough (much better than my previous dermatologist), treatment scheduled two weeks later, then referred to specialist as necessary. Couldn't have been happier.

I had to wait months to get an appointment, but I didn't mind as I understand they are a busy clinic. The day before my appointment I got a call from them to say that they had to cancel my appointment because the doctor wanted to leave work early. I understand these circumstances can arise, so I said that's fine and asked when the next available appointment would be. The girl on the phone told me the next available appointment was on the 5th May (over a months wait). I asked if there was any way I could be seen earlier as I had already waited months for this appointment, which they cancelled on me. The girl told me I would be put on the general wait list and there was nothing else she could do. Very disappointing as I have waiting months for nothing.
