He was also very careful to make sure the placement was even and balanced. I appreciated his patience and commitment to detail and making me comfortable. I will definitely come back.

SkinKandy is just such a great environment you can just tell everyone knows what they are doing and they love what they do. I get all my piercings done here and I had Dimitri today do my Navel piercings and it was amazing such good energy, would definitely come back again

Got my navel done today with Jasper and she was the best piercer i’ve ever had.as someone who is prone to fainting from piercings, i was not at all in a rush to get another one since last year.however, i decided to get my navel done last minute and Jasper was exceptional. Talked me through the process, made me feel comfortable and was slow and gentle. Least amount of pain i’ve ever had and did not feel sick once.i am in awe of how professional she was.i’ll be coming back here for any other piercings in the future.

Terrible experience. My daughter was so excited to go get her 2nd piercings in her ears and specified skin candy and the girl working there couldn’t have been any more dismissive and rude. For $80 per ear you’d think the staff would have some clue on what customer service means. Safe to say we went elsewhere for much better service, and yes we even paid a bit more.

Lovely staff, did pierce my septum through cartilage however which was unpleasant, I'm sure their other work is ok

Every time I go to Skin Kandy have the best experience, really grateful for my piercer Melissa who was the sweetest and truly made my day. Definitely recommend, quick, easy, never as bad as what you think. Shall definitely be back here again soon

Wheelchair accessible, a little bit tight in the store for a turning circle but able to go around the product islands freely to turn around. Friendly staff:)

We love Zara! She's experienced and very hard working in giving us an amazing customer service. I lost the ball of my eyebrow piercing and went out of her way, despite it being busy, to fix it right up. Super impressed with the service. My friend also got a helix and a conch piercing, and the placing and piercing was excellent! Promote her!

Zara did a great job piercing my flat. I’ve had it done previously which caused a lot of pain afterwards to the point I had to remove it shortly after. However, this time it was completely pain free two nights after my appointment and is healing perfectly. It’s become my favourite piercing. Very happy with my experience

Could not be happier with my experience here.the apprentice Tam saved me from emotional turmoil after i learnt that i don’t have enough upper navel for a piercing.tam provided quality customer service and care to assist me in overcoming my feelings of loss, betrayal, sadnesss, despair, anger and rage.i left the store with a lower navel piercing and big smile.would highly recommend for those who struggle with lacking belly button.thanks tam

It was an amazing experience. I got my nose pierced a couple days ago. The lady I had was amazing and so kind. She was easy going and talked step by step on what she was doing making me feel so comfortable throughout the whole time. Definitely recommend!

Did my tragus, nose, conch and flat piercing earlier today with Annie. Very good experience, very friendly, explains all the process so I will be comfortable and did an absolute super perfect job! Totally love my new piercings and will be back for more xx
