I got my helix pierced by shaday and she was so sweet and funny i felt really comfortable and in good hands and i loved the piercing!

Today I got pierced by the lovely shadai she was so sweet and accommodating towards me and my friends! I got a conch piercing and i’m so so happy with the results!
very wonderful and genuine lady! Will definitely be coming back and asking specifically for shadai! Thank you so much!

My conch was done it was done excellent but I just recently had my rook done here and I wasn’t sure if I had the right anatomy or not, the worker said I did so they pierced it turns out I didn’t have the right anatomy and they pierced it wrong.

Our two daughters both had their ears pierced at SkinKandy Shellharbour yesterday and the service was amazing. Our 4 year old can be very anxious at times, but she really wanted to have her ears pierced and we knew she would be upset if she didn't get them. Amber and Luna were so incredibly patient, friendly and respectful. They supported and encouraged our girl throughout the whole process even when we had to leave and come back several times to allow her to regulate herself.
Our girl is over the moon with her earrings and even skipped out of there happily when it was all over.

Believe she was the Manager and was greeted with warmness, helped get an earring out that was stuck and happily showed me a replacement and made sure there wasn't anything else I needed. Very clean and well presented store.

I went in looking at body jewellery, thinking about getting a septum piercing which I had been for a while. I met Nic in there and her colleague (I’m sorry I can’t remember your name!). The absolute friendliest and kindest staff, both very ready to help looking for things or answering questions. I got my septum done with Nic and had some really good conversations, which I realise may have been a distraction technique however her emotional intelligence and knowledge is amazing! She looked after me even when I felt off afterwards which I appreciate so so much! I would highly recommend this shop and its staff after this experience x

All staff have been wonderful and professional each time.
The last staff that served me was Ban, she was lovely, had a great amount of patience and very knowledgeable. Her attention to detail was excellent.

I have been in a total of 3 times since the store opened and they have been great every single time.
First time was for myself, staff were friendly and efficient and got me seen to very quickly as a walk in. The piercing itself was expertly done it was lined up with precision and care and then once happy the piercing was done swiftly and without hesitation.
I went back after the recommended weeks to get smaller bars and they measured again to ensure the bars were still big enough and then they kindly changed them for me! Easy to follow care instructions and very knowledgeable. Second time was also a walk in for my daughter and they again were very friendly and quick, they didnt stress her out and made it feel very relaxed with it being her first non lobe piercing (belly button).

I had my tragus and helix pierced last month and got my fourth lobes yesterday! Shannon was absolutely amazing both times and I have had no troubles with them. I definitely would recommend her!

My 8 year old decided to get her ears pierced today, for the first time. She was extremely nervous but the girls at Skinkandy Shellharbour made sure my little girl was ok and did an amazing job with her double operator piercing. I can't thank them enough for their high level of care, empathy and knowledge. I highly recommend them!

Got my septum pierced by Jessica and she was nothing but amazing! I felt so calm and relaxed and she understood all my concerns and put them into account when piercing me! The overall atmosphere was great

Jess was so friendly and understanding! Told her I was prone to fainting so she made me wiggle my toes, asked me about my day, and made the whole process so much calmer, which is a life saver for someone with anxiety.
