Skinkandy Parramatta

I’ve been here 3 seperate times for 3 different piercings (naval, helix and rook) and I’ve only ever left happy and content. This place is awesome and so clean and the staff are just absolutely wonderful. My piercings have always come out perfect and never infected. Highly recommend:)

I had my piercings done by Laila and she was so friendly, open and professional. My piercings look amazing and I gotta say probably the best customer service from any store in parramatta mall.

I came in to get a piercing and was experiencing a lot of anxiety. I had ANDREA taking care of me and she was absolutely amazing. By the time she was ready to pierce me I was completely calm. She explained everything in detail and was very professional and friendly which made me feel at ease. They’re very clean and do a body autonomy check before any piercing is done which I think is great. Definitely my go to place from now on. Thanks Andrea!

Amazing staff and an amazing store!
Tahlia was amazing with my 2x Ashley piercings, she made sure everything was perfect. And made me feel very comfortable and at ease while getting them done.

A staff who i am unsure of their name, was extremely rude when i was asking questions about their deals and offers. Work on your customer service thank you.this was at the parramatta store.

Got my nose pierced by Dimitri and my eyebrow by Leila. Both did a wonderful job, were precise with their work and provided me with a lovely conversation!

Excellent service! I called customer service last week to arrange an appointment and after asking for some details they put me through to Dimitri. What a great experience, just over the phone. He was patient and understanding of my request and assured me that I would be looked after. On the day, he was a pleasure to deal with and Leila too. She was friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble even though I know it really was. She persevered where I almost gave up. So, my outcome was better than expected! I love my new jewellery too. Clean premises with enough jewellery not too overwhelm you. I will be back. Thanks guys

I am giving 5 stars because Caitlin was amazing, so patient, lovely to talk to and did the best possible job I could have imagined. I was so pleased and calm at the end of my piercing that I would definitely travel to see Caitlin.
However, I found Leila who is usually there when I’ve visited very abrupt and rude. I do not like how she conducts herself and how she makes customers feel. I felt very unwelcome by her and would not go back to see her. Im so lucky and thankful that Caitlin was there and I was able to have one of the best experiences ever. Thank you a million times over Caitlin for making me feel calm, listened to and happy.

Leila was amazing! I came in for one piercing and left with three! She was so helpful and kind, and gave me great advice.even found out that a piercing i thought was closed was actually open! Leila talked me through the whole process and helped me pick out gorgeous jewelry.i'm highly considering coming back for my tongue piercing very soon. 10/10 would recommend - it was such a chill and enjoyable experience

I highly recommend SK and their services! In particular Leila who was amazing She has great knowledge on piercings, jewellery etc, she makes the whole process super comfortable and knows exactly what she’s doing! Definitely will be going back:)

The girls working there were great, especially the one who reopened my daughters ear piercings today around 2pm (wish I had asked her name). So kind and gentle with my daughter. Id 100% recommend this branch to all my friends and family.

The worst service provided by Leila. We were asked to come back after her 45 min break to then be told she couldn’t pierce my step daughters lip because she’s not on the fathers Medicare Card, even though the daughter has lived with the father for 2 years. Birth certificate was provided, proof of guardianship though school records was provided, but we were still told no “it’s policy”. Your policy is backwards, it is discriminative against broken families & different family dynamics and not progressive. I have the same Medicare situation set up with my ex. I will not recommend this business to anyone! Disgusting & discriminative.

All the staff members were really nice and super helpful even though they were busy. Leila done my piercing and they were super gentle, really nice. They also talked me through everything they were doing. And I’m really happy about the end result. Thank you Leila?

I had my helix pierced here by Leila and it was a great experience from start to finish. Leila explained everything well, answered all my questions and was very friendly. Also the least painful cartilage piercing I’ve ever had! I will definitely be back

I’ve never been to skinkandy, I always get my piercings done at industrie8 because they are absolutely amazing yes they are overpriced but it’s worth every dollar because of their customer service. I love piercings and I have about 20 piercings combined and get them changed frequently from industrie8 which costs anywhere between $500-1000 which I don’t mind at all, I thought I could do the same with skinkandy and change my piercings but the service was absolutely disgusting, these people didn’t wanna help at all, they kept going into the room at the back and I could clearly see it and when I would ask for help they would look at each other and say she’s soo annoying and walk away roll their eyes and I’d have to call for help again and again before they could assist me

The worst store ever I still ended up buying 1 piercing because it was an emergency yet when I asked them questions about it they would roll their eyes, I ended up going to hair house warehouse to ask for help instead

The worst customer service ever, never going back! I had an appointment booked in for 3pm and I was there until 4pm waiting to get my ears pierced. After 40 mins of waiting and no explanation, the lady made me fill out the form and still kept me waiting for another 20 minutes, so I just walked out. There were only two staff working and were calling people in who came after me and had no appointments booked in. The staff members were very unprofessional, unhelpful and disrespectful. The worst place!

Got a helix piercing on my ear done by Leila and she was amazing! She was so sweet and professional. Made the process super easy and smooth and I was so happy with the outcome.

Ruby did amazing job and working with me specially she took care of my issue on my helix and gave me a huge great vibe! And made my experience worthy! And her customer service was amazing!
