Amazing experience in the Mt Druitt store with Aleisha. She was super polite, patient, and had amazing customer service and a super soft touch. The rest of the team were friendly and approachable and made me feel welcome and at ease in the store.

I got my seconds pierced by Aleisha and she was great. I was nervous to begin with but she made sure I was calm and understood the piercing process & necessary aftercare. The piercing room is very sterile and clean. Highly recommend!

I went to the Mount Druitt store and was served by the lovely Aleisha. She put me right at ease and my rook piercing was almost painless

Went in for 2nd lobes, septum and for my 2 friends to get their noses pierced. All by appointment.

I was scared for my septum but Paige was lovely in making me laugh and feel relaxed. She made it easy to trust her that it wasn't going to hurt as much as I thought. (Didn't hurt at all!)

Overall, one of the best piercers I have ever had, seems genuinely caring and very skilled/precise! Beautiful placement with all piercings!

I got both sides of my nose pierced by Aleisha and all I can say is she has perfect customer service! She made sure I ate before getting pierced and also spoke to me about the jewellery since I’ve been having problems with the corkscrew studs. She made me feel comfortable and we had a few laughs, she was patient and just an all around awesome piercer, I had an awesome experience.

Had a great experience at this store, got my septum done by Aleisha, she did an amazing job, super welcoming and comforting which helped lots getting it done. Super excellent customer service and gave thorough rundowns of all I needed to know. Definitely recommend getting pierced at this place!

Absolutely amazing service by both of the girls that served me. I’ve been wanting an opinion from a piercer on what would look good on my ear and I got that exact service from these ladies. Will definitely go back again!

Went in today to get my tragus bar changed. Definitely a great experience as I’ve had issues in the past with a different business. The lady who served me was really friendly and nice to talk to. Would definitely come back here again!

Got served by Niccy over the weekend. She was extremely helpful and took her time explaining things to me. Had a really great experience with her!

Came in at 2pm today without a booking and niccy was gladly able to do my nose piercing.she was very comforting and communicative and she did a great job!
