Highly reccomend Blake at this store. Blake has done three of my piercings recently. I really appreciated his sense of humor, professionalism and the way he chats to you during the process to help with the nerves and make you feel comfortable. I went into Skin Kandy yesterday and asked if a piece of jewellery would fit into my helix piercing. I then had to stand there for the next 40 minutes while the girl working the counter just insulted me and started insulting the work of another piercer that has recently pierced my industrial I was told that I’m not allowed to have it because I don’t have the anatomy even though my piercer adjusted the industrial so I can have it. I was then told over and over again how it’s going to reject and I’m going to lose my ear. She then proceeded to offer to take the jewellery out for me and when I said no thank you I was met again with why I can’t have it and I have to get it removed. After the 40 minutes I spent getting berated this girl had the audacity to then say she isn’t even qualified to be giving me advice and she has only had her piercing for 2 weeks. I just stood there shocked. Again this girl tried to force me to book an appointment to take my piercing out which I never agreed to when all I wanted was an earring. Safe to say I took my business elsewhere and will not be returning

Our 5yo had her ears pierced by Griff, who was absolutely wonderful! The way he interacted with her, explained what was happening, and patiently took his time to ensure she felt comfortable with everything was truly amazing.

I made an online appointment and for some reason it said only 2 piercings when I was wanting 4.
As soon as I explained to Griffin they explained that it was booked as to but to my surprise they fit me in for all 4 (on an extremely busy night)!
Griffin is obviously very experienced in piercings as well as customer service.
Griffin explained every step as they did it and made me comfortable throughout the whole experience.
For this customer service and professionalism I will absolutely recommend SkinKandy MacArthur Square.

Came here today to get multiple ear piercings. Only needed tapering as they were old piercings but Jess was fantastic through the whole process. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and helped pick out the jewellery and explained the tapering process well. Was very gentle. Highly recommend Jess and the SK team for good piercings and good prices.

Griffin just did my industrial and was SO GOOD! As soon as i told him i was nervous he comforted me and made feel so calm! Definitely coming back for more from him and would recommend Griffin.

Went today to get some piercing done. Excellent customer service and very friendly/easy to deal with. Highly recommend Jess, she was gentle, kept checking on me to make sure I was ok. Definitely going back for more piercing and highly recommend Jess.

My flat ear piercing got infected due to my health issues and medication after a year of having it in.

It was in inner of the ear all of a sudden overnight my ear swelled to 10x its size and got infected the flat piercing couldn't be seen and was a horrible sight.

The amazing Jess was extremely gentle in finding the flat from my swollen ear and took it out I'm so very thankful to Jess my anxiety level was through the roof from the pain, my heart my racing from the pain Jess was extremely Gentle in getting the piercing out and cleaning the infection.

Went to a different SkinKandy store (Broadway) to switch out my nose stud for a nose screw, and it went so smoothly - without a hitch.unfortunately the screw came out so i stopped by this SkinKandy in Macarthur to switch my original nose piece to a nose ring and she completely destroyed it.family heirloom that ive been wearing for seven years, solid gold with a diamond and she completely destroyed the casing and the bar itself, thanks to her the diamond has come completely unlodged, and i can’t get the rest of the piece out of my nose.after destroying it, the lady insisted that there was something wrong with it to begin with - completely untrue, the piercer at the previous SkinKandy can attest to that.seems like she tried to forcibly remove it in the wrong direction.i’m devastated.i have already submitted feedback through your online portal, and would like to reach a solution/to be compensated.

Today I was looked after by Jess and she was amazing she made me feel really comfortable, talked me through the entire process - from choosing the right jewellery for me, the piercing itself and all the after care. I couldn’t recommend her more!

So hard to get a piercing for a minor here. Have to show 2 forms of ID and a Medicare card. Almost easier to get booked in for a surgery than book in for a piercing.
