She was absolutely amazing and so accommodating throughout the experience. I mistakingly put the wrong date however she was able to squeeze me in.

Rhys was great, super professional service and easiest piercing I've ever had. Great after care advice and nice range on jewellery. Music is a bit loud, but I could just be getting old lol!

Appalling customer service. Went to get an appointment and the lady on duty simply said she was too busy to make an appointment. She made it sound like I was an absolute nuisance for asking. Def not coming back

Zoe did my thirds, she took time with placement and made sure I was extremely happy before going through with the piercing. She also advised me on what kind of jewellery would be best for the sports environments I would be in. Love skin kandy and will be back!

Had the worst experience getting my seconds pierced. Asked the lady at the desk if they were free to fit me in and she said yes. I asked about the 2 for 80 deal and if that included jewellery and got a cold answer as if it was obvious. When it was time to go in she asked me to pick my jewellery where I again asked about if it was included? She gave me another cold and irritated answer basically telling me to “just pick”, I felt so rushed. I then sat down in pure silence, given no instruction about what was going on where I asked “have you guys been busy today” and she said “yeah probably shouldn’t have taken a walk in but whatever” in a cold tone and I said “i’m happy to book in for another time” where she replied “it’s okay I’ll just rush it” as if I was really irritating her. I then got the piercing gun put against my ear, and with no warning or anything she pierced them so quickly and I got startled. Every other piercing place I go to has been so lovely and understand that’s it’s a literal needle going through someone’s body and it shouldn’t be rushed. I don’t know the ladies name unfortunately but will not be going back.

Allegra just did my 6 year old daughters first lobe piercings and she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to talk my daughter through what was happening, spoke to her directly and recognised she was feeling very nervous. We went with the double operator option and would highly recommend! My daughter said Allegra was 5 stars

Went in for a spontaneous piercing and Mia was incredible! Made me feel incredibly comfortable, very knowledgeable and she is amazing at what she does. I'm terrified of needles, so I probably wouldn't go to anyone but her now!

What a great business. These guys set a great example of how a business should be run. My 9yo daughter had her ears pierced about 2 years ago and the process was so professional. I can't fault it. She took her earrings out about a year ago and had difficulty getting them back in (only because she's a kid) but the guy we saw squeezed her in between appointments to check her ears (piercing was still open), helped her select some new earrings and put them in for her. He was amazing. No charge for the service, just the cost of the earrings - happy mumma! Thanks to the SK team at WM! Nice work guys!

The piercing service I received here from Mia was really relaxed but still efficient and professional and was relatively painless even with the piercings she was busy training on.

I had a funny ear situation with my piercing and had to get another re-done and I was super impressed with their service, especially with Rhys. He was super comforting and kind and he told me everything I need to know about my new piercing. Definitely recommend. Great serve, great staff.

I had my helix done today at the SkinKandy in Broadway by Annie and she was so kind and helpful. Annie explained exactly how to take care of my new piercing and the appointment was quick and easy. I love the way my new piercing looks too, will be coming back for sure.
