Not a fan needing both parents to sign a 16yr old for a tattoo even with court documents showing the dad signed rights away still need him to sign 12 yrs of not seeing no contract nothing.
Recently visited for a piercing, walk in. Fast, easy and cheap, have not had an issue with service or infections afterwards. Highly recommend for piercing
