I've just been in this morning for my first laser hair removal session. From the moment I walked in the door, the ladies were very welcoming and I immediately felt at ease. Everything was clearly communicated to me prior to and throughout the session, and it was relatively painless too. Due to the warm welcome and service I received, I will very likely be back for other beauty services in addition to the laser. Highly recommend!

Disappointing treatment
Have had many Clear & Brilliant treatments over the last 6+ years. This one was more like an IPL treatment. Minimal expected results. If only the therapist had done the treatment as well as she cleaned my skin.

As a 50 year old I’ve been getting thermage at skin divinity for the past five years I try to have one every year as it’s my favourite treatment to keep my skin firm and tight. It’s brought back my previous structure and jaw definition and made me feel youthful again, I’m addicted and it’s given me so much more confidence.
I could not recommend Thermage and this clinic enough!

Graison has been doing my skin for years now and she always goes above and beyond to make sure the experience is relaxing and my skin always feels amazing afterwards

The Ultimate Glow facial was incredible, I was instantly glowing and still am weeks after my treatment.

The Byron Bay clinic is so lux and I felt really taken care of as soon as I walked through the door. My therapist was really knowledgeable and had a really nurturing touch, basically I was in heaven!

I've been going to Skin divinity Byron Bay for about 5 years now and it is by far the best beauty salon I’ve been to (I’ve tried others in the area and have always been disappointed)
The service is great, the staff is attentive and knowledgeable.

I have been visiting this clinic for over four years and cannot recommend enough. The overall difference in my skin after regular treatments has completely changed it's all complexion.

I have visited a few times and have had differing experiences. One of which was a misunderstanding with what I was hoping for. I spoke to the manager (Mel?) who was so lovely and understanding. Due to this interaction I will continue to visit and certainly recommend to others. Amy's facial was amazing!

Absolutely love this clinic. Highly recommend Jane she is such a wonderful therapist and goes the extra mile to help you really unwind and relax in the treatment rooms.

I had the absolute pleasure of receiving a facial from Jane at the Byron Bay clinic, recently. She was incredibly knowledgable and informative about all of the products used during the facial and even ones she did not use. She explained why she was using both the products and treatments and how they would affect my skin - as I am very sensitive. She took great care in my health and wellbeing and nurtured my skin like I have never received before during a facial treatment. She has a perfect, gentle touch while working on the face, I almost fell asleep during the treatment! You can tell she has a great passion for her work and clients. I left feeling refreshed, my skin nourished and glowing. Will absolutely be returning to this clinic - I feel if I get a facial from anyone else it would simply never compare! Thank you, Jane! I was booked in to skin divinity to see Jane, however lock down was reinforced, Jane took time out of her day to work with me over the phone and put together a prescription of amazing products then had them mailed to me, she has a passion for skin and dedicated to clients skin journeys, I can't wait to book in with Jane in the near future.

Best facial I have ever had! The space was just beautiful and Jane was so wonderful and knowledgeable. I am so grateful for her help with my skin and creating a beautiful experience for me. Thank you!

I came here with high expectations after seeing a few acquaintances already following you on Instagram. I booked the ‘medi luxe facial’ and was rather disappointed from the very start to finish. I was left at the front reception, wasn’t at all welcoming. Sat waiting for at least 10 minutes while I overheard conversations between the staff and friends talking about partying and how wild their nights had been. Not a great look. I finally was moved into the room, it was way too bright and there was nothing relaxing about the space. The girl who did my facial meant well but she was way too chatty. I came to relax, not to be spoken to the entire time. I mentioned I had acne prone skin and from that second on she was trying to sell me products. Again, wasn’t here to be sold additional products, purely to relax.

She didn’t look professional. She looked young and was dressed in clothes that would be acceptable at the beach. Not what I would expect from a beautician, particularly when they are doing injections and laser treatments. It’s a serious profession and presentation says a lot.

The facial wasn’t relaxing at all, I could hear the door opening and closing constantly. The products that she used were applied quickly on the face, nothing was left to soak into the skin nor was it massaged or rubbed. Felt like she was just slapping on a heap of different products without letting it take its course. It felt rushed and unpleasant.

The LED was uncomfortable, I wasn’t offered glasses for my eyes as she had told me I didn’t need them. The laser light was incredibly bright and yellow, would have much preferred something over my poor eyes. It didn’t feel right to be completely exposed The head and neck massage went way too quick, probably only lasted 5 minutes and it was something I was really looking forward to.

By the time I had got back to the front desk to pay she had 3 different products on the counter ready for me to buy. Made me feel like they just wanted my money and that was it.

Worst part is, I couldn’t even notice a difference with my skin.

We ended up flying to Cairns and I had a second facial there - wow what an absolute difference in comparison to Skin Divinity. Finally had my relaxation that I so wanted to get in Byron.such a rip off for $169. Never again.

Okay facial, was due to last 60 mins and literally only lasted 40. Expensive for what it is and the laser machine felt dangerously hot

Best facial I’ve ever had! My skin is still glowing weeks following my facial and the advice I received has definitely improved the condition of my skin. The experience and space was beautifully presented, from the furnishing to the refreshments, I can’t wait to return again!

These magical ladies are the ones to trust with your skin! Im on holiday in Byron and just finished a blissful hour, where not only did I relax but also had my skin expertly treated and nourished. Thanks so much and I'll insist on making this a Byron trip tradition! X

Skin Divinity is a really beautiful space! I had the Zoom teeth whitening with Caitlin who is super sweet and very good at what she does. The results are absolutely amazing and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend: D
