I ordered a glove whistle on Thursday and it was delivered in Newcastle on the following Tuesday.fantastic! It may be a small thing but it is pretty hard to run a practice without a whistle! Huge shout out and thank you for the service.

Fantastic service! I got new skates which they baked and sharpened for me. They also went to the effort to adjust my old skates. I spent some time testing out sticks in their shooting setup. I travelled up from Canberra and was not disappointed

Took them 3 days after payment to post my order. Pretty disappointing considering I needed the gear for my game on the weekend.

The guys that were there on Thursday last week are absolute legends. I went in store for some upgraded gear/ needed new gear since I’d lost a bit of weight and they were super helpful with everything! Unfortunately the stick I wanted wasn’t in stock but they ordered for me and it arrived super quick (had a terrible morning this morning so to have my stick arrive made me ecstatic!). The guy who was in there first from 11am is super knowledgeable and helped me make better decisions with what I’m buying! Thanks guys!

Great customer service! Ordered skates for my daughter's birthday but Australia Post messed up the order and got delayed for over a week. But Lee helped us out and was able to fast-track a delivery that arrived the very next day. Just in time for my daughter's birthday. She was very happy!

Unbeatable customer service for all your ice hockey needs! I spent about 20 minutes in the Stick Studio shooting on a few different sticks to find the perfect one for me, whereas as some hockey supply stores will flat-out refuse to let you try shooting on a stick before you buy it. Product knowledge from the staff is brilliant and prices are competitive.

The crew from skaters network are the best. My son is getting into the sport which I have no idea about so the team was able to guide me through there journey. Thankyou so much!

Got my first pair of skates this week. Shop was busy after lockdown ended. But the girls were awesome at being attentive and informative to everyone in the store. Good experience!

These guys are the best. Great range, and found my size ice skates, and blade covers. Jordan sharpened my blades and explained what I need to keep eye on, before I need to get them sharpened again. My partner is going back for a new pair also. Highly recommend going here for new skates, or maintaining current ones.

Lee and the crew from skaters network are by far the only place I will go to buy Ice Hockey equipment. I have had issues with being new to hockey and having ill fitting equipment and they have done everything they can to make things good for me, and make hockey as much fun as it is. I appreciate all the time and effort.

First Pair of boots did not fit and then Ordered Custom Boots which also did not fit or was "too stiff for a Beginner" but have agreed to give me a Pair of Boots that will fit my feet but not Custom which was what was originally Ordered on Friday. Will update upon getting new Boots

Went in for my first pair of skates looking to get into hockey. Ended up with such a bargain I walked out with everything I need to play!

I’ve only made one online order through the Sydney store, and when my order wasn’t what was expected, Lee and the guys at SN were very helpful in getting the right product to me. It wasn’t anyone’s fault, but they were happy to send me the item I needed. When I’m in Sydney next, I’ll definitely be shopping here (and online) again!

I've been there yesterday, first time im going in a ice hockey store in Australia and to be hornest I recommended, the stuff were amazing, friendly and helpfull, well done guys, you made someone happy to be back on it!

Really happy with the skates we bought our little girl who's starting her first ice skating lessons.

I never write reviews but I went here today to get my daughter some ice skates and the service was EXCEPTIONAL and the boys who helped us deserve a pat on the back. They also kept my two young ones entertained on the synthetic ice hockey tiles out the back. Genuinely so impressed. Thanks guys, we will definitely be back. Great service and products, Thanks.

The best place in Sydney for everything ice-skating related. The staff are friendly and know their stuff.
I always come here to get my skates sharpened, despite my local rink being closer.
Great range of everything Ice Hockey.

Very dissapointed, indicated on their website that they had a great range of in line roller blades, yet when in store the staff didn't even have a measuring device or the roller blades themselves.

Knowledgeable staff make this a great pick for skating needs. They have a decent range of gear for ice hockey, figure skating, and inline rollerblades. They don't have roller skates for roller derby. They also do skate sharpening, but there is usually a bit of a queue, so allow extra time.
