Selling through SJ Shooter Real Estate was a great decision. They were very professional, provided efficient service, kept me informed of all progress throughout the albeit short campaign and were able to achieve a price I was happy with.

He gave him as much as information and private inspections to make sure the buyer was happy before they made their decision. It was absolute pleasure working with his all team. I chose SJ Shooter to lease out my property due to their service I received when organising an appraisal. The team are absolutely brilliant and easy to deal with. Their quality of service seemed quite higher than other agencies in Dubbo. I have appreciated their service and how quickly they were able to secure a tenant for my property.

Unresponsive, and unprofessional.

Didn't return any of my 4 calls (though they said they would). My previous employer also claimed that sj shooter sent them a form with unrelated questions. I tried to verify this with SJ Shooter, but of course, no response. It's like dealing with ai rather than people. Cannot recommend.

Selling my house with Samuel and his team was beyond easy. From the first meeting to the open homes to the final handing over of the keys it was an exceptionally easy experience. The integrity and kindness of Samuel and Rachael was second to none. They were nothing but patient and kind in taking a clueless seller through the process without feeling like I was being taken for a ride. At all times I felt they were acting in my best interest and to get the best price for my house. Selling my house having already moved to another town was not an issue and the communication from Samuel and his team was clear, regular and reassuring knowing my house was in good hands. Professional, efficient and just generally lovely people who are obviously very good at what they do. So happy with the result and every aspect of the team that walked me through this journey.

Found this company to have very rude staff, lying and manipulating to get out of a situation when they were questioned. I caught them out on multiple lies. They also shared information that should have been kept confidential, please be aware that your information may not be kept safe. Would not recommend this company.
