Recently, a scammer tried to blackmail me into paying a 'bounty' to stop him/her from stealing my email address and sending SPAM from an account that I did not have with SixFive. I reached out to Duncan from SixFive immediately. Not only did he fix the problem and saved my reputation, he secured my email settings and saved me money by offering a better email solution.
