Saad & Aram were very good, they did the service for us straight away and hit the estimate pretty much bang on. Appreciate their help & support!

Tain and Neo are great! We have used Six Brothers quite a few times now and they have always been promt and delivered with care each time! I always recommend them to people who are looking for removalists.

The service was good, although of the drivers in the morning kept ignoring me when I spoke with him. I was quoted in the $900’s and was charged after the job was done a few hundred more. So do not believe the quote.

I have to thanks the guys for their work! They made a very stressfull day for us easy!

Very quick and also very invested in making sure everything was done exactly how we wanted.

Overall a good experience with Six Brothers Removalist as it was my first time having a removalist.
The process was quick and efficient with quoting and booking. On the day the team arrived about 1.5hrs later than expected for our morning slot, which was abit stressful as we also had to juggle with the apartments’ building management.
Once the move was underway, the guys remained very professional, were careful and quick with no breaks, wrapping up in about 4hrs.
Overall very happy with the service and quality of the move. I would recommend them again!

I booked your service a second time after already having a not so great experience last year. Last year, I had the driver round up my move time to 4 hours from 3.5, then proceed to just sit in his truck for another 30 minutes.
The team were also smoking in the back of the truck around our furniture and matresses.

I had expressed these concerns when rebooking with your team and was advised I would be looked after. I booked in a two bedroom job with a weeks notice, with two men and a 6-8t truck between the hours of 11am-3pm for around 63phh for the 2/12/21.

I called a little after 11am on moving day to request an ETA, I was adivsed I would get a call back shortly. My call back did not occur for another 1-2 hours at 12: 54pm. I was advised by Ronnie that my booking time of 11-3 would more than likely be 5pm and that if I wanted to have my job done at the original booking time I could have a 3 man team come and they could be there in 30-40 minutes. I would however have to wear the cost of the additional man putting my cost up to 83.80phh. I reluctantly agreed as we needed to get this done.

2pm rolls around and the truck is still not here, again I called your customer service line to find out an ETA, again I was told I would get a call back and I did not. I then received a call from the driver saying he would be there in 20 minutes. 20 minutes went by and I received another call, he will be there in another 20 minutes. 3: 40pm rolls around and they finally arrived. That 30 minutes that Ronnie promied me turned into 2 hours and 40 minutes.

The truck that arrived was also smaller than the 6-8t truck that I had requested. It also temporarily broke down at the entrance to our drive way and took the driver 10 minutes to start it again.

The third person was slow, lifted very few items, and honeslty was a teenager. My fiancee and I did more lifting and work than him. The truck is packed and we get to my new address. The driveway is on a slight inclince and the driver has the audacity to tell me this will cost me an additonal $80.
I am sorry? , why am I paying more money? , When I am already paying for a third person just so my 11-3 window could be met (and it still wasn't). I was also advised I would receive a ten percent discount as a returning customer, unsure if I got that.

So here I am on a move that took 3.5 hours vs the 4.5 hours I had last time, only $200 more expensive. The communicaiton, terrible, customer service, terrible. All this company has done to me is ignore my concerns, over promise and under deliver. I was also advised on Thursday the 2nd I would receive my invoice on Friday the 3rd. Here we are on Saturday the 4th and no invoice.
