For over 15+ years I have put up with what I call thunderclap headaches, I’d tried everything I could think of to figure out how to help myself, massage after massage, (which would sometimes give me relief for a day or two) plus MRIs. I was online looking for something else to help me with these rotten headaches as they were becoming completely unbearable and stopping me from doing simple tasks like simply bending over to pick something up and enjoying activities that gave me joyI came across reviews for the Zen Wellness Centre. One of those reviews in particular mentioned having a session with Ryad and how much he had helped her with chronic pain. I was sold! I had nothing to lose, and booked a session with Ryad. I felt so floppy and jellylike and completely loosened up afterwards. But the best news is I haven’t had those rotten headaches since! I have been able to do activities that I haven’t been able to do for such a long time. Ryad was very knowledgeable, kind and confident he could give me some relief. I will be back most definitely, and have praised Ryad and Zen Wellness Centre to my friends and family and dr’s. Thank you Ryad for giving me back a headache free life!

You call to book for massage they ask you a 1000 questions, and repeat the questions again and again. You ask to make booking for Monday and want see a spasific massasur who ever answer tell you make it Tuesday and see another massasur. For God sake what business is that.

Ms Pookie is professional and pleasant person who knows her Trade Well. I have been several times and can only complement her on the cleanliness of her establishment. Enjoys a chat or you can be quiet. Costs are reasonable as well. You can’t go wrong with Pookie or her staff.

Easily the best massage I've ever had! Visiting from out of town. I wanted to relieve some muscle tension and relax. The massage from beginning to end was absolutely fantastic - plus the added tranquility of the room, ambient lighting, music, aromas, and carefully thought out decor. The masseuse was friendly and seemed genuinely attentive throughout. Muswellbrook is lucky to have this place!

I had a massage with Pookie approximately 1 week ago at the Sivanart Holistic Living massage therapist.

Previous to this, I had months and months of pain in my left shoulder blade that refused to budge. Even after spending endless amounts of money and time using creams, massage guns, even a professional Physiotherapist that gave me no relief what so ever, if anything, aggrivating it even more.

I was at wits end until I decided to contact Sivanart Holistic Living in a last ditch effort to get rid of this pain I was in. I have never had a massage previous to this, let alone believed in them. But it was affecting my mentality, lifestyle and work, so I was desperate to try anything.

In one 60 min session with Pookie and just one day of recovery, Pookie has managed to completely remove the agony I was in. I was not only absolutey amazed, but her professionalism, calm surroundings and the relief she has given me is beyond any thanks I could give.

My husband, children and myself have all had some type of therapy with Sivanart Holistic Living, Pookie is professional, helpful and the best therapist we know.

This is my second time here and intend to come back many more times. This woman is second to no one when it comes to knowledge about all types of massage. I'm getting Cupping done and this woman is the best. I feel like a new man after only two visits with my back injury that has been with me for 45 years

Pookie is very talented at her profession. She is legitimately good and offers up a very welcoming and calm enviroment for relaxation. Her massages, of which she can perform multiple types of are worth the price. I felt absolutely healed after one of her sessions. She has taken professional massage courses and earned several legitimate rewards and qualifications for different types of massages, including crystal healing and 'hot stone' massages which are great for relaxing tense muscles. Very soothing and friendly enviroment from Pookie indeed and worth the money. Professional massage therapy and definitely a top choice in the area.

After 12 months of living with extremely pain and restricted mobility and trying many pain relief medication and methods with little or no result I found Pookie and her magical hands. Now after months of Massage, Reiki and Crystal Therapy my life has turn around. I’m Not saying Pookie has fixed my problems but my life is so much better after her treatments. My mobility has improved out of sight and the pain has less that much life’s enjoyable again.
