I sent my Williams tender here to get a puncture repair completed. After 2 failed attempts (over two separate occasions) at trying to repair the leak, I called again to request that they now collect the tender from me as the repair still hadn't been fixed and was leaking. They are insisting that i organise to get the tender to them! Are you serious? Surely it would be good business practice to fix what a client has paid for. So here i am over $600 out of pocket and still have a leaking tube in my tender. Will not be returning!
Just purchased a Brig RIB from Sirocco Marine. Incredible experience. Great customer service, beautiful boat and great staff. If you want an inflatable, see Sirocco for a Brig. You will not be disappointed. Heck, The Rock used one in the San Andreas movie. How much better can it get?
