I have been so unimpressed with Sirius Recruiting. To begin, they represented the same developer to us as a competitor for the same client project. It made us look silly in front of our client. The recruiter is unprofessional and never responded to my notice to cancel a developer contract. He didn't even try to understand what went wrong. I would avoid Sirius at all costs.
