Very happy with the clean, the team that Felix sent really worked fast and got the work done in half the time of other cleaners I've used. I thought the service was going to be more expensive but it actually worked out cheaper due to their productivity. Will definitely use again.

I needed a deep clean for my shop after it was built as it had dust everywhere. Simpo Cleaning did a professional job and also did it for a good price.

I had another cleaning company cancel on me at the last minute and Felix was able to get he's team out to do the clean for me. The cleaning was done to a high quality and they were able to get all the dust off the windows and floors. Our client was very happy.

Clearly my experience is unique based on the other reviews. I requested a post renovation clean. Some things were done very well but the job was left incomplete with surfaces and floors left dirty. They sent a second cleaner out but the result was unchanged, In the end I had to hire a second cleaning company to come and do the clean. The company did discount the service but I would have preferred things were done right on the first go.

These guys are trustworthy and care about doing a good job. I had a very very pedantic property manager creating excessive demands but Simpo stepped up. I was dealing with Felix and he sorted everything out even though the job was greater than they planned for. I would use again.

I hired this business because they advertised post renovation cleaning as a service - so i assumed they would have better equipment than normal cleaners. They were also more expensive than normal cleaners which i thought was ok given they specialise in renovation / building site cleaning.

I requested post renovation cleaning and was informed cleaners would be there early in the morning and the job would be done in under 5 total hours (e.g. 2.5 hours per cleaner). I was also told specialist steam cleaners (for my fabric chairs, rugs), would be there slightly later in the morning.

One cleaner turned up in the morning at 7: 30am, without any special equipment. The office also called and informed that the steam cleaner would be there at 2: 30pm - i said i couldnt be there at that time and couldnt proceed with that service (so now i have to get another steam cleaner in.) The cleaner was also very slow (e.g. 1.5 hours for a 2x2 meter bathroom). 5 hours into the clean, i said i had another appointment and he had to finish up. Job was essentially 1/2 done and in the end i had to do a lot of it myself.

The guy at the office (Felix) didnt care, and said thats how long it takes. All he wanted to do was take my card details and payment. Also had a bad attitude in general.

In summary: Expensive, slow, bad attitude, not great attention to detail, and doesnt stick to timings.

I will not be hiring this business again and would recommend noone else to do so either. Essentially the head office subcontracts out to various other people who have little/zero accountability.

Had the cheapest price out of all the companies I called. They came on time and did a good job.

Excellent cleaning service, did a renovation and one of the contractors got grout all over windows and tiles. Had two other cleaning company come out and they werent able to help remove it. I didn't know we had to organise our own cleaning after the builder finished the construction on our property. I organised Simpo to come out and give me a quote and they were very professional and liaised with our builder to schedule the builders cleaning at the appropriate time. Very happy with the clean and service provided.

I am extremely picky and can't stand being in dirty environment. I use Simpo Cleaning when I travel overseas for work and the team have always done a good job and kept my office and home clean while I am away.
