Update:
The original cleaner didn’t show up. Didn’t answer the phone number provided. Susie called hours later with weak excuses and chaos in the background.

When the office reopened the next day the lovely Odessa jumped into action and sourced a new cleaner on Jay’s team and offered a genuine apology that I really appreciated (they also unprompted offered to cover the cost of this clean which was a nice gesture).

The cleaners that came were of the standard I’d expect from simply spotless and did a great job.

I could’ve done without the snide and passive aggressive text messages from Susie about rebooking with someone else so while I’ll keep using simply spotless I’ll ask to make sure it’s not her team.

Simply terrible and simply stressful! I booked my first service with this company recently before an important event at my apartment. The job was accepted by one of the cleaners (Muzammil - avoid) and 15 minutes before the job was meant to start he texted me saying he could not be here on time because he did not realise he had another booking at the same time. Using a terrible tone he said he could only come late in the afternoon which did not work at all because I had people coming over in the next three hours. I had to then drop everything I was doing to start cleaning my entire apartment, this caused me so much stress and trouble.
I cannot believe how disrespectful and unprofessional this is. When contacted the manager he simply said sorry Muzammil should not have accepted the job -bye!
Never in my life I will use this company again, last time I hired an airtasker to do the cleaning and it was cheaper and very well done. I suggest everyone does the same.

Very professional. I liked their booking system and follow up reminders. Heidi was not only early she finished ahead of schedule. Meticulous and attention to detail the likes of which I've never seen. She left the unit for end of lease better than when it was first moved in to. Highly recommended simply spotless.

I have used Simply Spotless for all of my end of lease cleans for the past 5 years. Everytime they have been fantastic!
The teams have been friendly, always on time & have gone above and beyond.
This time around we were assigned Zattam's team. He was absolutely fantastic and did such a great job (I've never seen the oven so clean before!).
We booked it so last minute and didn't expect to have someone available, however within 12 hours of booking we received confirmation for a job with less than a weeks' notice.
I highly recommend 100% and would definitely be in touch for any future cleans.

Simply useless. The cleaners got to our house and immediately quoted us an extra 5 hours of wall cleaning costing an additional $800. They didn’t touch our downstairs hallway or on top of any cupboards and window seals. They unhinged our oven door and we had to call them back that night after a long and confrontational phone call. The “bond back guarantee” was useless as it expires after 2 weeks, but because of the lacklustre job they provided it took more than 2 weeks to process our bond claim, which we were charged $900 for additional cleaning. Could not recommend this place to my worst enemy

Very happy with our end of lease clean. The cleaners were friendly, thorough and on time. Our real estate agent said it was the best outgoing inspection they have done in a long time.

I used their service for end of lease bond cleaning. They did an excellent job overall. However, they missed a few places, and I wasn't happy about it.

I wrote about it in the survey they sent after the work. Then Lyndal reached out to me and precisely explained what I needed to do. After receiving the final report from the agent, I sent them the pictures of the places they missed. After that, they sent in the cleaners again free of charge. I just connected them with the agent, and they took care of the rest. And I received my full bond back.

I'm definitely going to use their services again and recommend them to others.

More like Simply Stressful We moved from Sydney to Central Coast and needed our apartment to be cleaned for end of lease. I booked everything through them, the clean, the carpet steaming. Firstly they arrived late even though I explained my dad would let them in before his work and hence they needed to be on time. Then they said that for the pantry to be wiped I would need to pay them extra. It’s hard for me to come to Sydney with a 7 month old so I said fine charge me extra! Then when the agent inspected the place she requested the pantry to be cleaned as the top was left dusty (it’s an unusually low pantry so you can see the top), the toilet wasn’t wiped properly, and the fly screen was left unclean (which is part of the sliding door in our balcony, which is included as 1x sliding door of one balcony is part of the end of lease clean). I contacted them with the agent’s comments as they guarantee you’ll get your bond back and then they were refusing to clean these items and said they would only wipe the toilet which they wanted me to provide photographic evidence ‍️and there would need to be additional charges for the remaining items.in the end I had to drive to Sydney with my baby to take care of the items. Difficult to deal with, stressful and unprofessional. ️️ Save your energy, time and money and book with someone else!

I would highly recommend Simply Spotless! They are trustworthy and we are comfortable having them in our home. They bring their own equipment and always do a fine job. Very reliable, they always come when they are scheduled. Easy to communicate with and we are always happy with their service.

I recently moved and had Spotless clean my apartment. They were so thorough, even the walls were scrubbed. I then used them to clean my new place as the previous tenants did a shocking job. The oven was covered with grime and so was the venting system. They were fast and it didn’t cost a bomb. Thank you!

I just want to say thank you to simply spotless for an amazing clean! We found there website very easy to use. We came home to an amazingly clean house. They even went the extra mile to fold the toilet paper like the do in hotels. I highly recommend them, thanks guys!
