Simply Smashing Auto Body Repairs / AMA Collision - Gosford

As a company with 12 vehicles in our fleet we have used solely Simply Smashing for many years now. But no more I'm afraid.they assessed our car in October for a headlight, grill and bumper and told us they were having trouble getting the parts. After 3 phone call we managed to secure the part required and sent them the details of the 2 places we had managed to get them from, so their answer to that was "ok well sorry cannot fit you in now till the new year". A non working headlight! And we had mentioned we needed vehicle for a Xmas holiday that was booked. Daniel was not interested at all in helping us. Well I'm glad you are busy and I hope this continues for you but as a repeat customer this sort of treatment is not ok, you gave us the impression you just could not be bothered to even chase up the repair. Wish you had of told us this in October and not mid November when it is now even harder to get someone else to do it and looks like it could potentially ruin the Xmas holiday plan. So you will now not have to bother in the future as you will no longer be repairing Galley Kitchens vehicles going forth.

I was thrilled with the service I received from Simply Smashing Auto Body Repairs.
The whole process was extremely well organised and as easy and painless for me as possible.
The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. They arranged transport for me to pick up my hire car, so I was on my way in no time.
The actual work was finished earlier than I’d anticipated and my car is now in excellent condition and looks brand new again.

The staff were very professional, hospital and everything went like clockwork from the moment we left our vehicle for repairs. Communication was thorough all the way through to completion. The taxi driver who drove me to Hertz mentioned that Simply Smashing was one of the best repairers on the Central Coast. We would definitely recommend them.
