Dont order from them! I placed an order in July and they told me that my stock is coming in early September nothing came! I called them in the end of September and then they said early October so I called again and now they are saying December! No one even bother to send an email to apologise I had to chase them and now I have to wait no one knows how long to get my money back! Ive been ordering from other companies and no one did that to me maybe a month of delay with an email explaining the situation but 6 months delays with no email and no apology when I called them! Never again!

Called to confirm number of chairs in case it was a mistake and organised our refund asap. The men who delivered our furniture were efficient and considerate. We also had an efficient and positive experience with Vivian as we wanted to swap a chair out. Our experience at the warehouse was also positive. Thank you so much. These chairs are just beautiful. They go perfectly with my dining table. Communication was fantastic and when I notified Simplife one of the legs was wrong they posted another one out straight away.

I had a wonderful experience with Simplife and would highly recommend them. I was after a reading chair/chaise of a very specific shape and size, which I just wasn't able to find after months of searching premade furniture online. Finally, I stumbled upon Simplife and all my prayers were answered! I was able to select the style of chaise I wanted, and then customise literally every element of it - from the length, width, height, feet, and fabric. Vivian was exceptionally helpful, patient and kind, and she took the time to help me decide on the many different elements of my chair, advising me where necessary. She even sent me some photos via text so that I could get a better idea of fabric colour as I am in Melbourne and ordering over the phone. Overall it was a great experience, and I couldn't be happier. I now have a cozy reading chair that fits perfectly into my space, and I feel it was also great value for the service and quality I received. Thank you!

Loved being able to create our own custom bed head and frame, almost too many options to choose from but we showed the staff pics of what we liked and they helped guide us. All custom made in aus! The final finished product is so good we are now ordering a sofa from them too!

Simplife were absolutely brilliant in every respect. The couch is so comfortable and elegant.

The original couch was delivered slightly different from what I had ordered. I decided I wanted to change it, and Simplife collected it immediately and replaced it with exactly what I had asked for - no questions asked.

I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism, the couch itself, and their exceptional customer service. In fact, the way they treat their customers is unmatched in any experience I've ever had purchasing furniture. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience with their furniture. Ordered the exact same sofa on display with different coloured fabric and received something completely different. They reshaped the whole couch, with different measurements. Knowing the measurements are different the owner is saying that the customer has to pay for costs to change the couch back to what was originally ordered. Payments are taken prior to receiving the item on purpose, so if something goes wrong they can’t be taken accountable. Save your money and don’t shop from here.
