Simple Steps Nutrition

Gina's approach to improving our family's nutrition has been incredibly thorough and supportive. Simple steps are a judgement free, positive space to work through what you do now and how to get where you want to be. We have children with a complicated relationship with food and Gina really took the time to hear what would actually work for each child. We also have some medical considerations, so we were looking for someone to work through the challenges we face, not a cookie cutter approach. Each child's report was full of ideas that would work for them. Gina's determination to find workable options was a success.

In a matter of weeks one of my children has moved from a very restricted diet to them trying new foods and eating a far healthier lunchbox.

The other child asked, "do I feel so good because of what I am eating now? ".

Gina is an excellent dietician who has helped me tremendously with my gut issues and digestion problems. Her knowledge is expansive and I can now eat a more well balanced diet and not suffer dietary issues.
