Solomon came in a short notice and very kind and helpful. We have a burst pipe and he go out of his way to find the proper material to fix it even if the place he need to get it is a tad closing hours. Highly recommended.

We had a blocked sewer pipe, a replacement toilet cistern & seat and a replacement garden tap. We found Simple Plumbing on the internet. Solomon came within one hour. He explained prices and worst case scenarios to us before starting work.
Blockage was cleared, camera inspection showed minor roots in some areas. We decided to pay extra to have these removed. Another camera inspection showed the 'all clear'. Garden tap was replaced. Solomon had to leave at that stage and said he would come back in 2 hours.
True to his words, Solomon came back with a new toilet cistern and installed that as well. Can't believe all this was done within the day and without much fuss.
We found Solomon to be polite, respectful, very professional. You can tell that he loves his job.
