My experience with Simmons Flooring can only be described as excellent. The assessment and quote for a hybrid floating floor happened quickly and efficiently. The installation took place without a hitch, including moving heavy furniture. Micheal, the friendly polite installer, went out of his way to explain all the details and I couldn't be happier with the result. I've no hesitation in recommending this company.

Initial consultation was favourable; when quoting for the job Luke was non-plussed with some of the difficulties to be overcome; Marty laid the floor boards without fuss and efficient, hard work; Luke and Adrian were the same with the carpet laying and were still able to manage a smile after eight hours hard work.

Aisha from Simons Flooring Xtra provided best of 3 quotes for my new floor. Was looking at parquetry, planks, wood, cork or vinyl roll. Aisha was patient, knowledgable & a lateral thinker. In time, I chose long-board timber-looking vinyl planks as quiet, easy to clean, smart/stylish & softer under foot. Aisha suggested laying over tiles in entry area & kitchen for not much more $ & was delighted the whole apartment was updated. Marty, their floor layer was very careful so the finished floor just looks stunning at a competitive price. Have already referred family & friends to Aisha & her very experienced dad Bert on shop floor. Give them a go!

We can honestly recommend Simons Flooring Xtra in Wollongong. We have just had hybrid flooring laid and new skirtings fitted throughout our whole home.
