Horrendous company to work with. Save yourself the money and the trouble and go somewhere else. You're better off letting a 5 year old build your property.

House completed a few years ago is leaking now. Tried to contact the builder multiple times just to get some advice on how to fix the issue properly, but they neither replied to my emails nor answered my phone calls.

I just had my new home built by Simone homes. The process started at the end of May 2022 and by 22 Dec 2022 it was already completed. Outstanding customer service from start to finish, they keep you informed on a weekly basis and the finished product was exactly how I imagined it. I was worried before I started building as I've heard that it can be stressful, with this company it could not have been more simplified. Absolute pleasure to deal with.

We chose Simone Homes to build our very first home. The team is so friendly and accommodating. They provide weekly progress updates and respond to emails quickly.

We chose to go with Simone Homes after endless hours of research. Reasons being they are a family business, claim that they build every home like their own & are a custom builder. They definitely met our expectations in those regards.

Daniel Simone, very attentive and professional. I was promised a phone call the next day when we first enquired with them, sure enough Daniel called right on time. We explained to Daniel what we wanted to build, what our budget was & what build quality we expected. His responsiveness to enquiries and any minor issues we had is outstanding. A+

Nathan Simone, on site everything was straight forward. Always kept us updated and his communication was superior. We felt that any issues we had were addressed promptly and adequately. His attention to detail is great. He was very easy going with contractors coming to site to do measure and quotes for future installations.

Overall we absolutely love our new home and can't thank Simone Homes enough.

The main reason we chose Simone Homes was for the customer experience. With the larger builders I was concerned I would be another number and the build would not be quality. The team at Simone Homes exceeded my expectations and almost a 9 months after the build I have not had a single issue! My build was custom, Joe the team brought my vision to light and worked within my budget understanding my needs as a first home buyer and first time building. Jasmine was a pleasure to deal with and answered my every question bringing with it more peace of mind that my first home was in the right hands. Highly recommend.

Be very careful of these guys. We approached these guys for land +house package, but they asked us to sign the construction contract first before we review the land contract. We raised our concern and Daniel committed to void the construction contract if land contract doesn't go ahead.when we review the land contract, picked up LEGAL issue and obviously we didn't go ahead. Daniel totally ignored his promise and deducted $1950from our deposit.
Be very cautious when dealing with them and don't trust them.

Behind the smiles and understanding nodes there are calculated people who will take any opportunity to extort money out of you. Dealing with those kind of builders gives the entire industry a terrible reputation.

We were looking for builders who were able to accommodate our custom home design at a reasonable price. We got 3 quotes and decided to engage Simone Homes as they had great client focus and were able to translate our ideas into a fantastic design that we loved. Daniel and Jasmine are great to deal with and I love the fact that they monitor each build closely themselves with regular site visits. All the inclusions are well known brands so you know they use quality stuff.
We are 2months in and cannot wait to see the finished product! Super excited!

Worst builder I have ever met. It’s a totally waste of everything. Special named Daniel. OMG, he is the worst one.

We are looking at building a new home with granny flat, and although we are yet to decide, I need to say how impressed we were with the team at Simone Homes. Very attentive, knowledgeable and approachable.

The only builder that goes the extra mile to ensure the clients are satisfied. I purchased a block with a DA for 2 homes but all builders couldn't provide me a tender and guarantee the build. Simone Homes was the only builder that attended council meetings on my behalf and spoke to there internal team to combat all hurdles! They are currently finishing off the brick work - well done Simone homes its hard to find a builder that willing to do the extra work:)

Daniel from Simone homes is a true inspiration, the amount of effort that Daniel puts in to help people understand the process of building a home truly amazed me.
