What an absolute delight it was to deal with the staff of Simmark, Nowra. They were professional, courteous and extremely competent at every phase of our dealing. The Office staff are a delight to deal with and kept us informed throughout the operation. The tradespeople we dealt with were prompt, professional and dealt with our requests with our needs in mind. Excellent people.

The technicians were polite, professional, considerate of each other, and very clean and tidy in their work. My aircons are working a treat and they are very shiny clean on the outside. Extremely happy with Simmark.

At this stage Joel being the sales representative who looks at the job and issues quotations we have found him to be professional, polite and on time. He has offered a good solutions in a timely manner that shows thought has gone into the calculation and supply of the solution so to date we are very happy with his attitude and experience however have still not completed at this stage

Fantastic service. I made an online enquiry and was contacted the following day to arrange a mutually convenient time for a quote.
Henry came to our place and discussed options for placement of inside and outside unit. That was a Friday and the quote was sent on the following Saturday. Once the quote was accepted installation was the following Monday.
Jarrod arrived early and worked quickly and professionally to install the unit. He cleaned up after himself and showed us how to use the unit. He even attached the remote for us.
I can highly recommend Simmark (Batemen's Bay serviced us) as a company to install air-conditioning and will definitely contact them when we are looking to add a battery to our solar.

These guys really impressed me. They arrived for a quote on time and had the quote back the next day. I really needed one part of the job done within 10 days, and although I know it was pushing them they got it done. I'm a stickler for quality workmanship, and everything was finished neatly and cleaned up perfectly.

We needed split systems plus a fuse box upgrade for our home. A big job. Had a great experience from the options through to the installation and upgrade. The guys were professional, courteous and effective even though the weather was not supportive. The price was also competitive. Also the office staff were great, keeping in touch, being pleasant and helpful. I would go back to Simmark every time.

Josh was extremely professional with the installation of my air conditioner, the air conditioner was installed with little inconvenience to myself and he ensured the site was left tidy. Josh was helpful with me learning all aspects about the equipment and ensured that any further enquiries would be met with prompt service. Josh was trustworthy in my home as I had to leave before he finished the installation. Josh was left to lock up and therefore contacted me when he finished, he did a remarkable job. I would recommend Josh for anyone wishing to instal their air conditioner he was more than professional and also easy to do business with.
