This Dry Cleaning service is outstanding. Needed to dry clean a white 'slope Joe's that had Soy Sauce splatterex on the front, only the 3rd wear.
The clothing came back and the dark stain was gone. Thank You.

Best advice is save your money and your garments and go to another dry cleaner that has a better reputation when it comes to dry cleaning, service and price.

Recently took an expensive woollen underblanket to Silver Service Drummoyne to be washed. I'm allergic to dry cleaning fluid so requested the blanket be washed in accordance with the manufacturer's care label. In spite of following the instructions, the underblanket shrunk considerably. Vivian (owner) was very helpful and offered to contact the manufacturer on my behalf about a replacement. Unfortunately, the manufacturer was way less customer focused and initially refused to accept that their product was faulty and provide a replacement. Vivian promptly sent me a copy of her correspondence with them, and offered to provide a Stat Dec about the washing process they had followed in support of my claim.
I finally got a replacement blanket from the manufacturer and will be cheerfully taking it to Vivian for it's annual dry clean. Vivian has advised me that they can modify the dry cleaning process to minimise the allergic effects of the fluid and keep the blanket in tip top shape. Can't get better service than that!

Horrible experience. Very expensive and doesn't care for your garments. Dropped my wedding dress in for a quote to clean - $650 + $150 to box! Said no thanks, then got a terse email saying that no responsibility was taken for garments not consigned to clean - even though they would not quote without taking the garment and being consigned to quote!
Went to collect dress, and dress was at the back of the shop in dress bag on the floor amongst the bedding that was there to be cleaned. I asked if my dress was just picked up off the floor and was told that the girl at the shop had not put it there. There is metres of hanging space but clearly they had decided that my dress didn't deserve to be hung.
Will never ever get a quote from this service again or trust them with any of my goods!

Vivian was so helpful and all the staff were very professional. Our bridal dresses looked amazing.

Have been taking clothes there for a while without any issues. Recently due to a miscommunication we needed our clothes by Saturday and they were not ready and closed on Sunday. The owner went above and beyond to personally deliver the clothes to us on the Sunday despite it being closed and very close to the busy Christmas period. You pay a premium but get premium service.

I've had several bad experiences with this business. When I take my shirts in to be washed and ironed they frequently came back badly creased and poorly cleaned. In addition, their customer services was unprofessional.

Fantastic dry cleaning serivce, the lovely girl at the counter was extremely helpful and patient.

Despite the somewhat negative reviews listed here, I decided to give these guys a crack with my shirts. Friendly staff at both pick up and drop off, more than reasonable prices and <24hr turn around over a Friday / Saturday! Personally I think these guys are great and I will definitely be going back.

The worst dry cleaners and the rudest owner. A loud obnoxious rude woman. My clothes got ruined with them. I took a suit to them, came back all creased permanently not even sorry. They claimed it was damaged from before.

DO NOT GO TO SILVER SERVICE DRY CLEANERS IN WORLD SQUARE.

STAY AWAY if you value your clothes.

Appalling service and quality Of work - had alterations done and they ruined a pair of jeans and a dress; the jacket wasn't taken up to correct specs and were going to quote on some work before proceeding - this didn't happen and they just did it anyway making the alterations more expensive than the jacket.

Cost me money - I had to go back next week
To discuss which I don't have time for as need clothes next weekend.
