We took multiple time days off for them to do inspections. But they do not show up for agreed the dates, no apologies whatsoever and the owner seems not to care at all. Terrible business to work with, try to avoid at all costs.

We found Sam & his team to be very unprofessional in their approach to a CDC. It took months of emails & calls to even receive a response from Sam, once we eventually got a response he outright refused to quote until the council had approved the work. The point in a private certifier for a CDC is to not use council. We would not recommend Sam or his company to anyone.

Sam and Chris were very thorough with their assessment and also easy to communicate with. They always returned calls and emails promptly. Being an owner builder, I was not familiar with the process and Sam clearly and patiently explained it to me. All inspections were done with required detail. They are also provided advice and and give good suggestions along the way. Moreover, they are not pedantic as some other certifiers I have come across.
