Sila Thai Massage & Spa

My partner and I got a massage the other weekend and it was great. As a physiotherapist myself, their massage therapist were surprisingly very knowledgable with their anatomy regarding musculature and targeting muscles commonly cause tightness and numerous musculoskeletal injuries. Had an issue with their booking system the 2nd time we attempted to get a massage and we were dissatisfied. However, the owner quickly apologised and was quick to resolve the problem. Thank you for the great service! Keep it up.

My partner and I booked a 30min head, neck and shoulder massage and it was the most relaxing experience. Was not expecting to have part of my upper back massaged aswell. The lady knew all the muscle tightness points on my body to target and work. Also was not expecting the fun back cracking in the end. Felt so good. Thankyou Sila

Returned and hands down once again one of the best massages, Palm was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, back had been aching for a while now and came out feeling amazing. No pain what’s so ever.

I’ve booked myself in for their pregnancy massage for one hour and I can certainly say it’s been the best hour of my pregnancyso far. It was extremely relaxing and I’ll be back again and again throughout this pregnancy.

Booked for a 30 minute deep tissue massage and no joke this was the best massage I have ever had! The lady always made sure I was comfortable and temperatures of towels and hot rocks weren’t too hot either, after a very stressful week I really needed this thank you

Booked Sila for my husbands birthday couples 1 hour body massage and a 30 minute facial each was very nice and relaxing the hubby is very happy.good price also will definitely go back.highly recommend.

Booked for a 1 hour full body deep tissues massage. It’s by far the best massage I’ve ever had. They really know how to make you feel great. The staff were super polite and very clean area. I definitely will be back again soon!

I went to this massage center due to back and whole back body stiffness, Jay did a superb job, and I explained everything to her, she tried to put all her effort to ease my pain, and I relaxed 70% from stiffness and she recommended what to do to get rid of the pain. I appreciate her way of talking and receiving. Absolutely going back again.

First visited in 2021, been back several times since. Very clean studio and the Staff are all strictly Very professional. They ask appropriate questions and listened to where the problem areas were. Excellent massage. Attended early March 2022, best massage i've had since pre-Covid lockdown. No pain-No gain. I asked for medium/hard. That freed the muscles.
Nov. 2022. The best yet, dunno what she did different but the result was absolutely perfect, in half an hour. 10/10

There was a slight hiccup with their online booking system at their sister store and they double booked me. The staff were quick to rectify this and were able to book me in at Sila Thai Message. Like previous reviews Sila is very hygienic, the room was warm and the message was lovely.

Really disliked the massage here. The massage wasn't consistent (massaging one leg a lot, or stretching one arm but not doing the other or just skimming over it) and the movements were abrupt at times which was unpleasant and also really strange. At times it seemed she wasn't really paying attention and then would remember where she was and start massaging quickly or abruptly move to a different area on my body. It felt like it was one of her first times giving a massage. Strangely my husband who was in another room had an almost identical experience. They also started late and left me waiting without explaining that there would be a delay. Really not great!

Amazing so flexible and accommodating highly recommend and will visit again. Couldn't have asked for better service. So relaxing

Every massage I get that isn’t here, all I can think about how much better the massages are at Sila Thai Massage. If I could I’d come here every day. Beyond amazing!
