Not recommended to anyone

It’s been a month since an inquiry was made. I was asked to pay $50 to reissue the certificate which I did as requested. But it’s been a month now. Nothing has happened.

I’m done with how they treat the customer. Don’t talk about value, respect and integrity of the business. I doubt how they run their business when they can’t even provide a certificate?

They would say the boss is on vacation. “The boss is sick. The boss is having a bad fever. The boss is not in the office”

I mean this is a joke? What kind of system are they running under? Do they even have a set of system to run the business properly? Do they even realise how crucial the certificate is for someone who need it to apply for a new job? Who in the world would take months or reissuing the certificate.

They are hopeless. They are absolutely reluctant and ignorant

This college has supported me a lot for my course. Excellent trainer and the admin staff are also very supportive. Special thanks to Jay and Nikki.

It's a paper mill for community services certificates, nothing else. Do not go for white card or traffic control, they do not have the trainers and will waste you're time as much as possible to collect that taxpayer money.

Ring their office a man answered the phone in a rude way.he doesn't have a telephone manner. Just wondering how he get his position.

Signature training staffs and trainers were very nice and helpful. They offered great quality service. Instructor and staffs are very accomodating and approachable. I enjoyed studying in SignatureTraining.

The staff from Signature Training have been very patient and considerate with my education especially during covid. They have been very helpful in providing online classes and always attentive when I am visiting onsite for some help. Definitely top notch service and education.

I was extremely happy because I gained the knowledge that wasissing in my day to day job as a commercial cleaner. Tutoring and timing are perfect and I will recommend cleaners like myself to enroll for the course and get the required skills
