SIGNATURE by Atmosphere Health + Fitness

Over from NZ for a couple weeks and though on holiday, I needed to get my fitness fix. In my 46 years I’ve seen a few gyms, and honestly: Atmosphere Signature sets the bar right up there. Love the whole Experience they bring, Health and Wellness wrapped up in a supportive, energetic Atmosphere. I met Karen who is a Superstar. She took care of me from day 1 from showing me around, getting me signed up to just being a fabulous host.
Thank You to all the Atmosphere Signature Team for making me feel so welcome…My home gym away from home. A true Gem along the Nepean River. Your Maori Brother/Security Guard

I was visiting family in the area and got a one week out of area pass to this gym. It's a small but great facility and the people who work there are all lovely - definitely recommend!

This gym is truly impressive and values the fitness, health and well-being of their members. Stef gave me a tour of this gym today and she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and ready to assist. There is a wide range of high quality equipment and facilities (weightlifting, cardio, boxing, heated yoga, cycling, personal trainers, group classes) to suit all fitness levels and preferences. The gym is the most spacious I've seen and everything is kept very clean. The bathrooms are well-equipped with multiple modern showers and lockers.

An amazing Gym with world class facilities. I love coming here. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Gym patrons are always very respectful. It's worth the money.

Only a gym for classes no gym equipment except in the classes and no Bodypump classes.

This place definitely has the wow factor! Offers classes that you just can’t find in all of Sydney. You have to check out “The Trip” It’s such an amazing experience. The hot yoga is awesome too. Definitely highly recommended & worth the experience. Love it!
