The environment is very clean, and each bed has a disposable bed cover.
Just by looking at my back, Yum knew that my muscles were protesting against me (I was so sore that I couldn't hold my head up and straighten my chest). After her massage, my muscle groups were relaxed and relieved. She knew exactly where my body was tight and uncomfortable. It's really amazing. Thank you Yum for saving my body.
The price of this hotel is relatively expensive in Chatswood, but it is really worth it. I will become their loyal customer

Have a very painful shoulder and decided to have a aromatherapy oil massage. Very professionally carried out in lovely peaceful and relaxing surroundings and my shoulder doesn’t feel so tense now. Although I’m a visitor to Australia I’ll definitely go back to Siam Escape before I return to the UK. Thank you ladies for looking after me so well.

Wonderful experience! The salon is just beautiful and I felt the serene vibe from the moment I entered. This is one of the best deep tissue massages I have had. The lovely Olivier has a beautiful nature and her hands found my tension and pain and eased each knot out. Highly recommend

Have been coming here for years and always have a great experience. They’re really friendly.
I just wish the rooms were a bit more closed up, as you can hear any conversations going on at the entrance. Also, during busy periods, I wish they had a receptionist because my masseuse had to leave a couple times to answer the phone. But otherwise, love them!

Caring and descent staff with very high massage skill and clearly tell me what is the best massage type suits my shoulder pain. This place worths 5 stars.

Highly recommended. The interior transports you to Thailand, the gentle nature of the therapists make your experience lovely. I had the deep tissue massage for 60mins (couples one) and can say it was amazing, life changing! Never had this level of strength, consistency and care. I had a stiff neck and the therapist was able to make it have more movement and feel better! The lotus tea at the end is really calming.

For what of costing I would said it’s ripped off.the girl have no idea what she was doing! I was booking for 90 minutes today and left 1 hour earlier couldn’t stay any longer. This place need a receptionist! The girl was walking out to answer the phone during massage 3 times during 30 minutes massage.poor management and its ripped off.very disappointed.

Relaxing and professional spa. Went here with my friend for a girls spa day, staff were kind and reassuring. Excellent body scrub with nice aromatherapy. Five stars.

Welcoming greeting by polite Thai staff. Facilities pleasant, relaxing background music. 1st a full body scrub get rid of dead skin. Delightful! Especially the back which one cannot reach Then, my masseuse used firm strong hands getting into the tight knots around the body. One of the few Massage Parlors that actually include massaging the stomach following bowl positioning. Hadn't had that since being massaged in Thailand years ago. Was great! Finishing off with a great head & neck massage relieving tension. A delish warm herb tea at the end. Already booked another session & have booked my adult kids in too. Try for yourselves in sure u will be pleased with the results.

This place is so excellent. The team are all lovely. They apply a lot of pressure and it can get really painful. A hidden gem.

Fantastic massage parlour offering a range of massage options. Highly professional staff who provide incredible massages, I have only ever had the remedial massage which I highly recommend and definitely book in advance. 190mins is the best option in my opinion

I had facial massage for 30 minutes but it was load of rubbish as to what they advertised. They said it includes head, neck, shoulder BUT it was not included at all! The facial massage was not a massage at all but they just clean, moisturize after moisturized. I gave them my feedback before I left the shop that if they cannot accommodate the massage for head, neck, shoulders on a 30 minutes facial package then they need to declare this as their advertisement is very misleading! I felt cheated! So now, I can see on their website that they still have not put any declarations or any note or footnote regarding my suggestion and this was months ago which led me to put this review.

Today, 29 Feb, I have tried the deep tissue massage with oil and hot stone, it was bliss! It was very relaxing and thanks to Kaew (hope I spelled her name right) who did my massage, she was amazing. The pressure was just right. So from now on it will be deep tissue massage for me.

I got a voucher and visited for same. The overall experience was great. I upgraded for deep tissue massage and it's was worth it. The pressed lot of pressure point. Before the massage and after massage hot tea was served. It was great. Whole area was fresh and with aromatic so you feel great. Slow music is playing all the time. The whole atmosphere they maintained was quiet, aromatic which makes the whole experience brilliant. Definitely visit again in future.

Today it’s the third time I been there for relax with one hour Thai massage, actually before twice times massage I fell it’s amazing perfect massage, but today the lady, she is so bad massage skill, I fell so bad to spend money on it to relax, very very bad Thai massage, the boss hire people work for shop, need choice good person work for them, it’s good for business.

A very caring team who work very hard to create a welcoming space. My wife has just finished her massage and is over the moon feeling refreshed.
