I'd like to give my thanks to Christina and the customer service team for being super helpful throughout the service.

Our company signed an agreement on the 1st of August for a pick up. We were told you will be contacted within the next few days about a delivery date, it has now been over a week and still nothing. I have contacted them numerous times asking when I will receive a delivery date and I am constantly just told I will be contacted in a few days.
This companies service is terrible and I would never use them

I never thought I would bother to write a review for a shredding service - and I have not been asked to do so. But I want to state that this is one impressive organisation. Utterly professional - from inquiry to the great guys who came to pick everything up, to the administration. So refreshing to work with such an organisation - thank you!

After some initial hiccups, our issues were dealt with and rectified extremely promptly by Matt. Amazing turnaround, and great service from the management team. We now feel far more likely to use and recommend Shred-it in future.

Thanks for being flexible with my site requirements.

I called and emailed Shred-It three weeks ago. The process was very painful, back and forth email with the sales team. I had to follow up three time before someone from the sales team finally returned my email with the document for me to sign which I returned straight away. I had to follow up again for them to give me the date. I then got the date last week for the bin to be delivered today. And now it's 2 pm, still nothing, so I called Shred-It and guess what the driver is unable to drop the bin today.

Update:
Shred-It team reached out to me and apologised. They have fixed the issue for me and delivered the bin within one day. Was quite surprised when they called and tried to rectify this, that was a good customer service. Massive thanks to Duncan. Thank you!

Great services and extremely professional. Feel safe to have my secure documents picked up by this company.

Dealing with a company that is able to come onsite during operational hours and support our large business with our constant need to shred bulk documents, has made life a little easier for us.
Martha has been amazing to deal with. She understands our business needs (due to high level confidential documents required to be shred onsite), responds promptly to all emails and ensures a truck is available within the week of the request (even sooner if they can).

Price doubled with no warning, asked for explanation and cancellation terms and conditions. 6 emails 4 phone calls, no response! Asked to speak to manager, apparently there isn't one? Happily going to a new supplier.

The company I work for has been using Shred It forever and can I just say how accommodating and easy it is to deal with them to get things done. We recently had a big office move and needed extra bins dropped off and removed weekly - this all happened so efficiently with a quick phone call or email. Shout out to Martha who has been making sure throughout the entire process that we have everything we need. We really appreciate the professionalism of Shred It and all the help along the way.

Didn't turn up twice to pick up an order, no phone call or explanation. How can I trust a company with secure data if I can't even trust them to pick up on time?

Great service at an affordable price. I was in a bind as I had way too many docs to shred myself. Martha delivered excellent service. Will use again definitely!
