Dr. Murad seems to be degrading patients with health history (such as another diagnosis).
He declined to see me as he did not like my referral. Allegedly it was not for his expertise even though it contained specific information for the immunologist and his name above.
He clearly doubted my Gp's competence to refer to relevant specialists.
Beware of that as he checks each referral before booking (also stated on his website).
Not sure it is legal to discriminate, but the relevant authorities will determine that. He should revise the Hippocratic Oath that he once took.
This doctor does not deserve to be referred to.

Couldn’t be more satisfied with my consultation with Dr Murad. He was extremely thorough in his explanations and allowed me the time to ask as many questions as I needed to. I felt listened to and I felt he understood the nuance of my experience and was not simply putting me in a box and sending me home. Thank you Dr Murad.

My 2 kids are being cared by Dr Murad since 2020, when another popular allergy specialist within The Hills was only booking Zoom appointments which I didn't want to do as the fees were the same. Since we moved, we have been happy with the care by the whole team and it has improved.

Can`t thank Dr Ari Murad enough for his expertise in diagnosing and treating my son for his eczema/dermatitis. His treatment plan worked with fantastic results. We know there is no cure but he can manage it now. We have been to many specialists for my sons skin condition with no answer to what he may be suffering from, one specialist said he may just have to learn to live with it if we dont find an answer. How can you live a life scratching your self to death, he was literally going crazy. Thankyou Dr Murad and to the ladies at reception who treated us with such kindness.

I was suffering severe allergy for 4 years, I lost my job because of that, the other Doctors booked me for surgery to let me breath, but Dr Murad offered me immunisation to stop symptoms. Since day one he said it will take 6 months to get result and there is %70 chance to get result, guess what? Now is 3 years I get jab every month and I am free of Antihistamines.

I've been under Dr Ari Murad treatment for more than a year and am very happy with result. My symptoms reduced from 9 to 2 (worse to best) and nothing could be better than this. I also want to say thank you very much to the lovely receptionist Sorina, cause she is very welcoming, patient and very helpful. She has command over her job.

Excellent practice! Very modern and clean. Knowledgeable staff and exceptional service! Highly recommend! Dr Murad is an exceptional clinician.

Won't recommend this place. My little 11 year daughter was refereed by my family GP to this place. Went there paid $ 400+ and wet dressing was recommended. We followed the guidelines and my daughter's conditions went worse she could not sleep, all the time she was scratching the body. After 6-7 days again went there to see the Dr, he still insisted to do wet dressing and didn't gave any medication. But when I asked for the medicine as my daughter couldn't sleep at night time, then he recommended prednisolone 10 ml each day for a one month. I was not happy with this and straight way took my daughter to Westmead Hospital. They gave her antibiotics as she got infection due to wet dressing. With the antibiotic, she felt better from day one.
