Coffee is consistently perfect. Donuts are simple yet to die for - the honey and sea salt cruller and maple walnut raised donut are my favourites. Love trying the seasonal flavours too.

It's a very good and tasty donut it's a bit expensive but that the price for good ingredients!

$6 for an "okay" oat latte is outrageous considering the well known coffee spots around the area charge way less.

The donuts are good though.

They said no soy, and their milk alternatives were selected to match their coffee beans. But it turns out that their coffee is probably the worst in the area

My son and myself love this coffee shop. Cannot express how much we enjoy our treat of coming into the city to have a cuppa and donut at this place. Most of the flavours are yum and do not seem over sugared and sticky. Coffee is good too! Keep up the great work. Please don't close our shop:)

Amazing Japanese donuts at Barangaroo Sydney. Many selections to choose from, traditional cinnamon or glazed, Japanese matcha or coffee, walnut with brown butter or earl grey with rose. Best thing about Japanese donuts is they are NOT extremely sugar sweet, you can taste real flavors & donut texture.

Tried 6 different donuts to see what the hype is all about but was a bit disappointed. Could've been fresher.

Had an os tmilk long black and a chocolate peanut butter doughnut. Both were fantastic, totally recommend

Rude Staff, as I entered the shop, I walked straight to the Donut Racks to choose what donut to order but the Lady Staff stopped me before I reached the rack and told me that the donuts are all displayed where I can choose from in the Counter so I walked back and waited in the counter. While waiting for the other costumers to be served, the lady staff approached me and asked me if I have decided yet. I was like.whaaat. I haven't decided yet because I am waiting for the 2 customers ahead of me to be served so I can have a look of the donuts on display.sigh.a lady potential customer came while I was waiting and also walked straight to the donut racks.the same rude experience, the lady staff stopped her.lol so she just left the store and did not buy any thing.if you don't want people to check the donuts in the racks then put a barricade so people would know that you don' t want to show the donuts in the racks.anwyay, I still bought a donut and a coffee and it's good except for that lady staff.happened today between 2: 10-2: 20

Customer Service
My wife was asking questions to the girls working there on a Saturday, and their answers were subtle and not informative. We could tell they didn’t know much about their product as when my wife asked how long would the donuts last for, she just said “don’t put it in the fridge”, again, my wife repeated the question with “don’t put it in the fridge”, finally she said “tomorrow”. Umm “great response”.

My wife also asked if they had iced coffee, she girl there just pointed at the iced coffee in a bottle.

Workers seemed like they didn’t want to be there and lazy with their responses.

Train your workers or get better workers with better Customer Service. It’s ruining your branding. No wonder the store was nearly empty.

Grumpy Donuts is where it’s at.

Flavours are interesting but I really don't like how cake-like the texture of these donuts are. Much prefer light and chewy donuts like the ones from Donut Papi

Very yummy donuts. Love to go shortstop donuts shop bz every time is different flavour and it's so yummy and soft.

Not all donuts are created equal, due to the popularity of this joint the donuts are high turnover and are always fresh. Friendly service and fast service is great, but the real reason for coming is the donuts that do not disappoint.

Loved the decor and donuts on display. The staff was very friendly too and we got served very quickly. We got the Australian honey and sea salt cruller and I can honestly say that it’s probably one of the best donuts I’ve ever eaten. It’s a perfect balance of sweet and salty and juicy from the icing. Literal perfection. Will definitely be back to try their other flavours!

Excellent range of unique donut flavours which I always have a craving for. I make it a point to buy one whenever we are in the area. One of my favourite dessert places!

After receiving some really bad news this morning while on holiday in Sydney I went for a walk by myself to clear my head. Found this place and got 2 massive donuts. And I'm a massive donut eater from Melbourne and I think these may just be better than anything I've had in Melbourne (don't tell Melbourne) it made some of my bad news a little better briefly.

I'll be back tomorrow for another 2 and will get photos then

This is the world's best donuts shop. Sometime I travel from Norwest just to taste these delicious donuts.

The donuts are so yummy! They change the flavours once in a while and we tried the seasonal item maple walnut butter and it was very good. The staple flavours were nice as well, their coffee was not bad either. They have one table inside the shop and a few seats outside for dine in

We came here on sunday about 1pm -ish for coffee and a Donut, was pretty disappointed tbh, they didn't have many options in stock.

When ordering a coffee I was informed that they didn't have Skim milk which I thought was odd, not sure of they had run out or if it's just not an option.

Limited seating if you want to dine in. As we sat there we also noticed that they managed inventory "donut flavours" very closly. They would only put a new option on the shelf once they had sold out of another, understandable but dodge business practice forcing customers to pick from limited options and fostering a phycology environment of scarcity even though that's not the real situation, that is there was literally trays hidden and ready to go once shelves were cleared, poor form.

If given the opportunity I might come back once more hopefully I'll get to try the donuts I came for next time. And maybe my opinion will change.

Poor service, incorrect order, have to spoon own “organic” brown sugar. No option for a Mocha and not your usual selection of non lactose milk. Overall wouldn’t bother, doughnuts no different to Kristy Kream
