I was after a shelving solution that was sturdy, relatively plain and inexpensive.

These shelves were great. The product was a good quality. It appears better quality than I would have got from a local hardware store. The customer service was very helpful and friendly. Each person I spoke to was either able to assist me or followed through on calling me back.

Deducted one star because of small things really:
1.some items were on their website but out of stock with no known date for restocking.
2. They were sending my items in two different lots and that wasn't obvious to me so I was unnecessarily concerned some items had been forgotten.

I ordered a shelving unit cost was $1700 they told me it was out of stock and would contact me when it arrive in stock, they never did, i emailed them 4 times no response i call them yesterday to ask if items were in stock, they said they were i asked if I coudl drive over pay and pick up shelves, they said yes, then they said i would have to wait, (i was happy too) then they said i couldn't pick up shelves on friday as it was inconvenient, (my words not theirs), so I said ok, ill pick up thursday the said no. Online looking for another supplier,

Great cabinets from an excellent company with great people to deal with, they shipped my cabinets very quickly and they were quite easy to assemble.
I will definitely shop with them again

I recently purchased a 3 tier table and some gondola shelving. The products are excellent quality and the purchasing process was quick and easy. I had an excellent experience with this shop. As a first-time customer, from the time I spoke with the front office staff and their expert guidance to picking up the goods and meeting Michael and his warehouse team was a first-class service experience. Also, most importantly, their items' quality was well constructed, robust materials, was well received and most happy.

Woeful.

If you've already ordered. Check, and re-check your order - they will not deliver everything you've paid for, and then when you flag that issue they'll refuse to acknowledge fault and insist you must be hiding spare parts around somewhere or have set up the shelving wrong.

If you haven't already order. Take your money literally anywhere else.

Extremely helpful prices the best very happy with my purchase in fitting out my fashion store.

Been a disaster from the off. This company will lie to you, fail to call you back, repeatedly! But the worst part is with the items I have received. Dirty hand marks over them, doors half falling off, scratches all over the glass, chipped corners and wood and then parts just not fitting as they should and just falling out. When I raised this concern I was then to be told to use some glue to fix them.
I will be staying clear from these low quality back yarders and will certainly be making sure everybody I know, knows about how bad of a service I've been given and then the shocking quality of the products I received.

We ordered some display stands and it arrived on time and were great. Customer service was also really helpful and responsive!
