Shop Supplies promises you the world before making a payment. Once you have made a payment forget about it they will treat you like dirt. Shop Supplies provided my business with shelvings that we’re not even measured for my shop plans or store. They then provided me with a sub contractor to install the shelves with 1 other person. Who then provided me a even shocking experience by taking there time using a Coles and Woolworths shopping trolley to move stock to my shop in a Westfield shopping centre. Then making me as the owner do 70% of the work because the contractor went home. Leaving my shop in absolute disaster which meant I could not open my doors at 9am. I have video footage to prove what happened and will be sharing to every party interested. Which also paid there contractor $1,800 on top of $22,200. Staff and Sales rep knew the terrible treatment I received was not right and they wanted to help Compensate but the director of the company did not want too! I have emails to prove this.
If you want to be ripped off and lied too by staff and management this is the place to go.
