8Good product, poor customer service experience. Staff couldn't find product, price, information on products. This business seems too big to be run by amateurs? Very odd.
Was gonna buy now I will look elsewhere. I added 2 products to the shopping cart to purchase and the total was $260 including postage. Logged in two days when I got paid to complete my purchase and the total was now $340. Messaged to ask if they increased the price and they responded yes. Funny that it was for the items I was about to buy in my cart. That doesn't look or feel good at all.

Worst Customer Service I have come across however there was another employee there an older gentleman who was extremely helpful, thank you.
Worst experience, Order placed couple of weeks ago and then supposed to be delivered on 26th June after going round and round with many different employees and the worst freight company, 7 days later part shipment has arrived and no update on the remaining stock.never go there if you have timeline to meet.
A store that offers visual merchandising materials and displays for shops. Everytime I have been here the staff have been rude and unhelpful. They all seem like they have better things to do. The prices are not great here either.
If you absolutely have to buy here do not expect stellar customer service or a great price. Instead expect someone to serve you who has zero care about what you need and is not interested in assisting in your enquiry.
This shop is So many fresh accent items for my new smash repair shop. My first purchase was these badass mannequin heads. Already working on my 2nd order
Called up to buy a product, was told there were 7 in stock in store. After going into the store and waiting 40 minutes, I was told that there were none of the product in store. Staff member was completely unapologetic for the fact that my time had been completely wasted, and that they had provided wrong information on the phone. So, so, so frustrating.
